  • Free Beach Chair/Umbrella Service (March 1-October 31) Gorgeous first floor view! This beautiful, completely remodeled Gulf front condo is truly a coastal oasis! It is fresh with new paint, new appliances, new kitchen remodel, all new furniture and new flooring! New Shower! King Master Bedroom overlooks the Gulf of Mexico! The kitchen as been completely updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and new cabinets. It has an open floor plan and a spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches located here on the Emerald Coast. The queen sleeper sofa makes into a bed which allows this condo to sleep 4 comfortably. The location of this condo is priceless! 2-105 is literally located right around the corner from the lagoon pool and the "Hang-Out" food and drink bar. The resort offers 3 hot tubs, fitness center, 3 resort pools, poolside bar and grill and a grilling area for you to enjoy! Free Beach Chairs: 2 beach chairs and umbrella are available in the condo for your use.
    Condo 2-105 is located in Tower 2 on the 1st floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25.

The room was perfect for my daughter and I. Loved the newly renovated shower. Loved being on the first floor and next to the stairs so we did not have to use the elevator. The balcony has very good quality and comfortable furniture and was a perfect view of the beach and sunsets. Would definitely stay there again.

Our go to Place

This is our second time staying here and it did not disappoint. This location on the 2 nd floor is the best. The balcony is huge and you can see everything on the beach. The added beach chair service added this year is an even greater bonus. We will come back to our go to place.

Very convenient checkin and out process. Great location. The toilet made bubbling sounds all night and strange smell in the condo. Didn’t like the dark sheets but that’s my preference.

Wonderful stay, felt like home!

From the moment we walked in, we knew we had found something special. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had such a warm, inviting atmosphere, it truly felt like home away from home. The location was perfect! Since it was the “off season” we basically had the condo complex and beach to ourselves. The condo is close to everything we wanted to do, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. We loved enjoying our morning coffee on the balcony and coming back after a day out to such a comfortable space. The outdoor construction was a bit loud during the day but we spent most of the days out of the condo so it was wasn’t much of a bother. Kelly and Farah were fantastic, friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. You can tell they really care about their guests’ experience. We can’t recommend this condo enough and will definitely be coming back next time we’re in the area.

Amazing Vacation

The condo was everything that was pictured. The balcony was amazing. The location by the steps was priceless. We enjoyed our stay and plan to rebook in the future. The condo and the entire resort was well kept and very clean.

A beautiful little gem

The first step inside is breathtaking with the view front & center. We find the condo perfect for us. First floor which can be accessed by 1 flight of steps or elevator. It is comfy with everything you need for a relaxing time at the beach.

Great place to stay

This place is so nice! It had everything we needed and more. Very convenient to have a washer and dryer. The view was great! It was centrally located to everything. We loved having a keypad instead of having to worry about having a key. We would stay here again.
