Hermoso y espacioso condominio de 1 dormitorio y 2 baños en el piso 16! Tendrás una vista increíble de la playa y de impresionantes puestas de sol. El condominio es espacioso y ofrece una cama King, dos literas y un sofá cama Queen. El condominio tiene 2 baños, uno de ellos tiene una "bañera de jardín". El otro baño tiene una bañera de tamaño completo. La cocina está bien equipada con todo lo que necesita para preparar una deliciosa comida o dos. ¡Hay una olla de barro, una cafetera de tamaño normal y todas las demás necesidades de la cocina!
Ofrecemos sillas de playa, toallas de playa y un paraguas que se conservan en el condominio para que nuestros huéspedes puedan usar en la playa.
El condominio se encuentra a poca distancia de tiendas y excelentes restaurantes.
El balcón es un buen lugar para ver el amanecer / atardecer!

Nice Property!

The condo was nice and very clean. Everything was in working order and as described in the listing. The views from the balcony were beautiful! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because of the elevator situation. It’s very confusing and there are multiple elevators one has to take to get to the condo. We had it pretty well figured out by the end of our second day. I just wish it had been a little simpler.

The communication prior to our trip was excellent. We were given clear instructions to access the parking and the property. The condo was clean, cutely decorated and comfortable. The views were amazing! Great host, property and overall stay! We will be back!

Great Location and Stay

This condo was great in many ways! We enjoyed the location, value, and hospitality. I would’ve personally preferred a firmer bed and a smart TV in the bedroom. The navigation around the property was a challenge at first. None of this was major, though. I’d still recommend this condo.

Girls trip

Stayed here with my adult daughters and had a wonderful time. We would definitely stay here again. We love the resort, beach access and convenient location. To make a stay better, would have been nice if there was a cooler, beach bag and games in the unit. I did purchase a soft cooler and left it there for others to use. Living room furniture should be updated and paint in some of the rooms seems a little sloppy, but did not affect our stay.

Our stay was great only complaints I have was not enough towels and wash clothes, I did have go buy some which is our choice. The cookware was very used and hard to cook with. Other than that it great location and everyone was comfortable! I’d would stay again for sure!

Great Condo

Walking distance to a few places to eat....bars at the resort...3 pools of which 1 was beach side and 2 by the parking garage that was across the street!! Starbucks also connected which the wife loved. Christine is over this condo and she was amazing!!! Great communication the entire visit!!!

Outstanding all around

Property Manager was amazing. Met us there, gave us a quick introduction, recommended a few good restaurants which we enjoyed thoroughly. We were there celebrating our anniversary and everything turned out perfect. Beautiful view, great place to stay, would recommend it to anyone.

Clean, comfortable, and a gorgeous view!

This property is exactly as described. The king bed was very comfortable, and I love that there were 2 full couches in the living room. Everything was in great condition. The absolute best thing was the view! We saw stingrays, sharks, and lots of pelicans flying by.

Another excellent stay

This was my second time staying at this particular location and once again it did not disappoint! Everything was exactly like it said, the place was extremely clean and all the amenities were just as they were described. Christine, the property manager, is amazing! My trip was planned for the week the attic weather moved into Alabama where we don’t get snow or ice. With the threat of roads being closed, I messaged Christine to see if I could come down that day instead of waiting until the following day when I would be snowed in. She went above and beyond to make it happen. She was quick to respond to any questions if I had any. Working with Christine alone would make me book again. The Runaway Island Restaurant next door had weekday lunch specials for $12 and the food was delicious. There is a donut place right by the property as well. The main parking deck is under construction so parking is a little further back than normal but I was able to pull right up to the building to load and unload. There is a 24 hour shuttle that runs from the condos to the parking deck. I ended up walking the majority of the time just for a little exercise. Overall, this is a great place to come and stay if you are looking for a getaway with a family, friends, or even a solo traveler like me!

Everything was a twelve out of ten, perfect! Would recommend highly to anyone looking for an amazing vacation :3 Christine was lovely, and the condo was spacious, well decorated, and immaculately cleaned. It also had everything we needed in the kitchen, for the beach, plus two smart tvs, streaming services, Wi-Fi, anything you could want. Plus from the fifth floor we had the best view of the beach. I could not have asked for a better time, thank you again Christine, Jennifer, and Andrew! We will see you in March for my birthday 💜
