We had a great time at PCB. The condo was the perfect size for four of us. The staff were wonderful too! If we’re back at this beach, we’re likely to rent from here again.

We came down and stayed for our friends bachelorette trip. The location was perfect, the beds were super comfortable, and the view was one of the absolute best! Great pool and vibe there as well! We will definitely be back!

Condo was very nice. Loved sitting on the balcony every morning having coffee and watching for dolphins. Management company called to make sure everything was good and to contact them if we needed anything- nice touch! We had a great time spending our days on the beautiful beach and relaxing in the condo at night.

Beautiful Condo

My family and I were pleasantly surprised by the condo’s condition. It was pretty clean and in great shape. We had everything we needed. Communication with Ms. Sue was wonderful. She stayed on top of everything from the beginning to the end. The rest of the crew working there was also amazing. My parents and daughter had a blast, and so did I.

Bike week

We all loved the location and the property. The second bedroom mattress needs replacing, the couch and chair could be updated also- sagging and older. Some paint is peeling off the cabinets in the kitchen but the unit itself was very clean. We had a beautiful view from the 17th floor and our stay was peaceful and relaxing. Going to look at this again for next year.

Overall everything was great! There are a few things to point out: 1. TV in master bedroom did not have any volume ( yes, I checked all the things) 2. The door going to balcony was super hard to lock and the door had high pitch squeal when opening and closing door! Otherwise perfect, very friendly staff no long waits in elevators.

Great!

Place was wonderful and will definitely stay there again. Only ”if anything” issue was the balcony door being jammed and we weren't able to open it(which actually may have been a blessing with a toddler). There's another access to the balcony thru the master room which was super easy to open and lock. Will stay here again. The only issue we had with the pool rules; no jumping into pool, no drinks(tiki bar was amazing on property) but you couldn't even bring your drinks near the pool, kiddie area was closed and all kids could bring into the pool were their floaties. No toys, etc.

We had a great stay. Pool is extremely strict with making kids take a break every hour for 10 minutes. A few items about the condo. The sofa sleeper needs to be updated. It is extremely worn out. The sliding balcony door was extremely difficult to push open. Lastly, the track for the drapery for the balcony doors and windows needs to be tacked in place better. It was partially falling down.

Good stay

Everything was good, especially thankful for good beds and pillows. I think when I booked the condo I had said yes, email, OR text, OR phone call are acceptable methods of contacting me. But the amount of phone calls, texts AND emails I received were overwhelming. I absolutely appreciate you being forthcoming and showing you care about our stay but maybe cutback a bit on the communication.(e.g. after we had checked in at the beach, in FLORIDA, I received a call / voice mail that said 'I need you to call us back.. ', when I did the representative said we just want to make sure you have what you need. Which is great but saying IF you need anything, let us know, vs. You have to call us = makes me think there's a problem). I know, any more of a novel? But thought I'd be specific, if you don't know, you don't know. Thank you!

Great Resort - but needs minor updates

me and my family (with a 2 y/o) stayed here April 20-27th. The rooms were a good size to fit us all. The guest bedroom had a queen bed (we had to bring a pack and play for a toddler, so it was a little tight for that). I LOVED the master bedroom windows going from the floor to ceiling along the wall facing the ocean, the view was incredible. Check in/out was easy. the number texted me when the room was ready with all our passcodes, they had our wristbands waiting on us in our room, so we never had to ask for anything. The room had a washer and dryer (very small), Stove, Microwave, and a good fridge and freezer. Location is great - you are no more than 2 minutes from Pineapple Willy's, The Wharf, Coconut Creek Putt Putt, Wonder Works, or Ripley's. You are about 10-15 minutes from Pier Park / surrounding resturants depending on traffic. my 3 complaints - which are not a big deal breaker for us 1. the shower door in the master bathroom needs a new seal asap. it never shut properly, so we had to rig a way to keep it from leaking. 2. In the master bathroom, the sinks are on the outside of the bathroom door, so if you have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, you will wake your partner up when you wash your hands. 3. the lock on the back door is just a rusted metal lever and is very difficult to lock or unlock just by using your fingers. - on the bright side, this actually was helpful for us with a toddler since they could not unlock the door on their own.
