The house is stunning! We had a group of 12, and we appreciated that each room had its own bathroom. The hosts were incredibly responsive, the best I've encountered. We did encounter some critters, but I easily communicated this to the hosts, which is understandable near the beach. We would definitely return!

We had a great long weekend stay! There were 14 of us and this house worked out perfectly! With each bedroom having its own bathroom and it being all girls it made getting ready to go anywhere easy! We were able to get some great pool time in which was nice to enjoy between the FL rain showers that we had during our trip. Everything was clean upon arrival. The host were more than accommodating when we asked for a place to store our luggage before check in and answered all questions about the house within minutes! The location of the house is very close to beach. The only problem we had was with urbers canceling or not having service when away from the house to call an urber. If you’re not renting a car I highly recommend getting an urbers number on one of your rides or calling them early! We had a fantastic weekend and would stay here again.

This house was so perfect and the hosts were so easy to get in touch with and accommodating. The house is an easy walk from the beach, the property was perfectly maintained, and the pool was perfect. We will definitely stay at this house again whenever we come back to Rosemary Beach!

We love this house! Was perfect for our group with 12. Pool was the perfect escape for after the beach! Walk to the beach was not bad at all, and thoroughly enjoyed the spacious rooms and didn’t feel on top of each other at all. Thanks for a great stay!

This home is everything the listing says and more. We were a large group and this home was able to accommodate us all. We were able to eat together and enjoy each other’s company. The master suite is beautiful!!!

Loved it here. We preferred driving to the beach as you have to cross hwy 98 to get there. Clean, everything was as advertised. Just a lovely place to stay.

The house is beautiful and spacious. It is very new. The check-in process was easy and on time. The communication was excellent. I do think you need to rent a golf cart. The beach access is across a busy highway. The parking isn't ideal because of the long driveway, it's hard to get in and out. The house is situated behind another house. So much to do in the area!

The house is great! It sleeps so many people. We only had half of what the house actually holds. All the amenities were just as described. It is somewhat secluded with very few neighbors, so it was very quiet. The house is across a busy street from the public beach. On all my trips to this area of Florida, i guess we had always been on a private beach with private beach access, so this was a little different but no big deal at all. The house had a couple of umbrellas and several chairs as well as a wagon that we just loaded up in our truck and went across to the beach where there was parking as well. So, it was very easy to unload. We also had rented some umbrellas and chairs and they set those up for us as soon as we got there. The house is clean and well appointed. The covered patio in the back was nice as well as the size and temperature of the pool. The house is located conveniently to lots of restaurants and other conveniences as well as the panama airport. All correspondence with the property management was answered quickly and professionally. We had everything we needed and checking in and out was easy. I would highly recommend this house to anyone with a large group.

Good location and clean. Layout is awesome for big groups. We had 21 people and it did not feel crowded at all. Beds were comfortable and love the queen bunks. Every room has its own bathroom which is a plus! Had 2 umbrellas and 8 chairs for use to use. Walk to beach is not bad but you have to cross hwy 98 which is not the best choice if you have teens that would want to go by themselves. Grill was small for the amount of people it can sleep but it did the job. The owners were very responsive. Definitely would stay again!

This house was perfect for our group of 17 people. Plenty of space for everyone. The pool was awesome just wish there were a few more lounge chairs we had to use lots of beach chairs. One thing to note is that the house is not beachside it is across 98 on the lakeside. We somehow missed that in the description and map. Thankfully most of our group are not beach people and preferred the pool. The owners were easy to communicate with and I would definitely stay here again!!!!

Taylan was incredibly accommodating as we booked super last minute. Great communication and response time. The space was clean, spacious and the pool area was awesome to hang out at. Host provides chairs and umbrellas as well. We had a great time!
