  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Beach chairs provided were broken, amenities (some pools closed), VRBO listing did not indicate there was a parking fee per car, master bedroom mattress too firm, causing back pain. host would not allow early check-in for two day stay, housekeeping waiting outside of condo when we departed. Stay felt rushed and quality of condo not worth the paid for off season.

The unit was nice My only complaint would be there was not enough towels. We had to do laundry every night to have clean towels. The toilet paper was extremely thin so I had to go purchase toilet paper and we were not aware that the quilts that were on on the beds were not blankets you could use, had to take those off so we did not come prepared with blankets had to go and buy blankets.The host was great to work with. We had issues getting in and called them and they helped us immediately. Nothing to do with the unit, but the swimming pools could be a little warmer or heated because they were freezing and not enjoyable

Absolutely beautiful condo! The host, Ana, was helpful and responded quickly to all of our questions. Check- in was extremely easy. The condo looked exactly like the photos and was very clean. The welcome basket was a wonderful touch. The balcony view was a beautiful, unobstructed view if the gulf. It came with beach toys, chairs and towels to use during our stay. The condo was very well organzied and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff at the Majestic were super friendly and helpful. The location of the condo is perfectly centered around PCB and right down the road from St. Andrews state park. Very clean beach and pool areas. 10/10 recommended.

So organized

Condo vs. Property Resort

The condo was very nice. It had all the essentials you need and more! We brought our own beach equipment, but the condo even supplied that! It was clean and the owners were very responsive. We were happy with the condo. This next part has nothing to do with the condo, but the resort. The security is a joke. They are worried about the wrong things. We had our toddler in the hot tub and had a container of ducks next to the pool. The security who was watching the cameras called another security to come tell us to "move our drink from the pool". He then had to explain it was a container of ducks. Moments later, the security came back and told us we had to remove a floaty we had in the hot tub for our toddler. We would have not been in the hot tub if the indoor pool would have been properly heated. The pool was not heated the entire time of our stay. Maintenance was aware of the issue and was in no rush to fix it. The pool was freezing and my toddler was unable to swim in it. We went to the outdoor pool, which was also pretty chilly because it was shaded. The other outdoor pool that the sun was covering and I'm sure was warm, was shut down for "maintenance" the entire day. My toddler never got to swim. They are worried about open containers but not the kids roughhousing around the pool. The parking was a bit of a hassle. You have to enter from across the street on the 3rd floor. They give you 20 mins to park and unload, which is impossible. The resort needs better management.

Perfect getaway

We spent my daughter’s last high school spring break here! The place is the BEST location! Right on the beach, huge balcony! Includes everything you need to spend the day at the beach or pool. Host is very responsive and communicative. We stayed here last year as well and had to rebook as it was just that great! Can’t wait to come back!

The best place at Majestic!

We’ve stayed at Majestic many times and this room is by far the best we’ve ever had. The master bedroom view is beautiful. Very spacious! We are a family of 4 and the little ones enjoyed having their own sleeping space (ages 3 & 6). The owner, Ana, was very prompt with communication and will definitely recommend this unit to anyone else. Already counting down the days to our next trip!
