Our family vacation was amazing! The condo had everything we needed and the location was perfect for what we were looking for. Close to the beach and restaurants. The pool was a hit and very the property very well maintained. We are definitely going back!!

Perfect Stay

Our family of six had a great time. Beautiful condo. Overlooking the pool, a short 4 min walk to the beach, and the bike rides to local shops and restaurants made this a perfect location. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxation!

The condo was extremely clean, comfortable, and well furnished. View of the pool from the patio was amazing. Located on beautiful 30A! Will stay here again soon.

Spring Break Trip

We loved our stay at this condo. We have 3 kids under 5 and the space was amazing. Especially for the ability to put the kids down and have space to hang out. The pool and proximity to the beach was fantastic. We will definitely be coming back.

Fall getaway

Second time to 30A and loved the rosemary area. Close to everything. Property was clean and convenient and quiet. Pool was great and our condo was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Thank you we will be back

Had a seamless stay at this property with everything as described and no surprises or issues. Communication (via text) was timely and informative. Location can’t be beat for both beach, pool, and city activities. Will book again!

Awesome place to stay.

It was perfect from the beginning till the end of our stay. Beautiful place that had everything we needed. Kitchen was perfectly stocked with all that we needed. The beds were comfortable and the linens were so soft which I loved. I can’t say anything other than we will for sure go back. Loved it !

Second time to Seacrest!

We rented a home last year across the street from the pool. This year we had a beautiful condo over looking the pool. Ourselves, our two children and four grand granddaughters had a wonderful time! Well see you next year!!

Loved the location

Very pretty and nice condo but needs a deep cleaning, very dusty ! The day we went to the beach the tram was at lunch from 12;30-1. We even called at 1:10 still sent to voicemail . The pool cafe hours were limited . The location was amazing !

Really nice family vacation! Great location and overall very nice unit!

Nice property, could use some updating though, kitchen, outdoor furniture, a couple of the shower heads. Bikes were really poor quality. Would have been nice to know that we should have rented beach chairs and umbrella online and in advance, otherwise you’re stuck in the third or fourth row at the very small allotted beach area. Overall, I would recommend staying here!

First time at Seacrest Beach

We loved the area and the location of the condo. The view of the pool and the size of the condo was perfect for our family of 5. We recommend bringing your own beach towels, extra paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags and detergent for laundry and dishes as they did not supply any beach towels and not enough of those necessities. Also cooking spices as simple as salt and pepper are not provided either. The beds were very comfortable. I recommend getting new cushions for the balcony furniture. The community pool should be heated with the evenings being so cool this time of year.. Having the 3 bikes available was great! We would definitely rent this unit again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice place, comfortable, ample space. Proximity to pool and beach is stellar. Yes you can take a tram to the beach, but you hardly need to. The walk is super simple, no turns, 5 minutes max. Pool is massive, likely one of the largest in the region. It's not heated though (which is understandable given the size) so if you travel between October and April, it's going to be cold. What makes this place nice is that it's at the front of the community. So access to the beach, 30-A, Seacrest Village shops, are all very close. Would definitely stay again. Likely will.

Seacrest pool, not beach

The unit is beautiful and spacious and a great location, also pretty clean but could use a deep cleaning. Unfortunately, I did not realize that the "allowed" beach was so small and is surrounded by private beach with signs everywhere basically telling you to stay off. People are literally stepping over each other to try to get to the water, there is practically no walking room. I'm so disappointed that none of the other reviews mentioned this. We went for a beach vacation, not a pool vacation- which i can do at home and not pay. Limited number of chairs and umbrellas available also and the reservations were full every day. Managing company gave the reservation info about chairs/umbrella 7 days prior to arrival and when I checked everything was booked. If you want to go to the beach be prepared to get there at 6:00am and stay so you can protect your items. This, in turn, made the pool extremely crowded. Seacrest does NOT have enough amenities for the amount of guests. Pool opened at 9:00am and you had to line up prior to the opening to try to get chairs. If you weren't there early enough you wouldn't get chairs until 2 or 3:00. The pool staff are extremely strict, constantly policing the pool perimeter, and there are mandatory 10 minutes breaks every hour where every kid under 11 has to get out for 10 minutes. Again, the unit is so nice and met all our needs, but the beach and pool situation will cause us to never return. I just want people to be aware. I was not aware

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is perfect. You’re directly above a huge lagoon pool and close to the beach. There is a free tram to help you get all your beach stuff down to the beach- go early to claim your spot in the sand as it gets crowded quickly! Only downsides:1. We had a guest from across the neighborhood park in one of our reserved spaces to have easy pool access. They parked there several hours and no one could really do anything about it. We contacted the rental company, the HOA, and security. A citation was written and placed on the car but it wouldn’t be towed unless it was still parked there the following day2. The wrist band policy at check in was crazy. The resort requires wristbands to access the pool, beach, ect and the resort only had ONE PERSON going around checking people in giving out bands. It took about 5 hours after we checked in for them to make it to us, which meant no swimming or anything for the first night. 3. The supplied beach umbrella is missing it’s pin. Luckily we had a small beach toy that fit in the space because an umbrella is absolutely a necessity!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This Seacrest Villa provided a fun, memorable Florida vacation for our family. This is a roomy, clean and well appointed condo with a beautiful view of the pool area. The pool has well managed hours of operation so no need to be concerned about any late night or early morning disturbances. The bikes were very helpful getting around, but you can also walk to nearby shops and restaurants, and even the beach across 30A! The condo's washer and dryer came in handy after long days either by the pool or on the beach. Oversee provided clear and concise communications which made our stay easy and enjoyable.
