Check-in information was provided ahead of time and covered everything needed. The owner made sure I was comfortable communicating with her immediately after the rental was booked so when I did have something that I misunderstood I felt comfortable reaching out for help. I found that early communication an added value for my stay. Everything was really top notch. I can’t recommend highly enough to do it justice. Looking forward to my next visit to PCB!!!

We had a fantastic stay at the Celadon Beach Resort! Our host Cynthia was incredibly nice and offered help with anything we needed. The condo was beautifully decorated, fully stocked, and just as described in the listing. Beautiful views! The master bed was super plush and comfortable! We loved having the beach chairs available too, so nice to not have to bring chairs down to the beach! Location is within walking distance to Alvin's Island and I love Candy, plus within 5 min drive of Mikes Cafe and Oyster Bar, Thomas Donut and Snack Shop, and Carousel grocery. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 (Mom, dad, and two boys 13 & 11). The beach chairs umbrella service was amazing. We had the same spot reserved for us everyday so there was no pressure to rush down and get a good spot every morning. The condo was also stocked with plenty of beach towels, extra chairs, umbrellas, and toys making packing so much easier. I also appreciated a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed to cook full meals. Small details like providing plenty of dish soap, dishwashing tabs, and laundry detergent were also greatly appreciated. I also loved how close the beach access is—no long boardwalks lugging all of your things. I would stay here again for sure!

First and foremost, Cynthia the host exceeds all expectations when it comes to a host! She is so kind, communicative and really cares. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation! I honestly cannot even think of anything she could provide that she has not already thought of! Absolutely the best!

Our family had a such a great time at the condo, it was so clean and fit our family of 6 very comfortably! It was so close to the beach and the elevators were right by the condo and very fast! Getting to the beach was an absolute breeze as was the parking and pool access! Having the two beach chairs and umbrella was so convenient and our kids loved playing with all the beach toys provided! Also, all the staff at Celadon were very friendly! Cynthia is amazing, such a friendly host and there for anything you may need and answers quickly! We have found our forever PCB stay and can’t wait to come back next year!! 100% recommend Cynthia and the condo!

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Cynthia’s condo. From the beginning she was super friendly and very helpful. The condo had everything you could possibly need, very well equipped. The view from the 16th floor was amazing, we seen dolphins from the balcony just about everyday. Out of all our trips to PCB this one was by far our favorite. Can’t wait to book again for our next trip.

Great views

Property manager communicates quickly. The condo staff on site were highly visible, friendly and kept the grounds clean. The condo was exactly as pictured. We have a baby and there wasn’t so many decorations that we were afraid to exist in the space! But, it was nice and beach vibes. The patio furniture was great quality and comfy. The view was amazing both in the patio and through the common living space with giant windows. If you plan to cook all your meals it’s a little cramped but functional. The oven door doesn’t open completely due to the fridge. But, we were able to slide a pan in to bake biscuits. Bathrooms were spacious and bed linens good quality .The beach chair rental being included was great. Lots of close places to visit and the pier isn’t too far at all. The facility is huge but has two pools and shaded areas on both, which was awesome. Great stay for us. Family friendly.

You really are provided with everything you need to get started and then some. Owner was very communicative and checked in first day and told us to contact for anything. She also contacted the day before we left. We didn’t need anything from her but it was nice to know she was a call or text away. Location was nice and the condo was lovely.

Our stay at the Celadon was what we needed. It’s right on beach so it’s perfect. Everything I needed for a family vacation and a way to escape for awhile. Cynthia the owner of condo is so nice and communicates so well with you and makes sure you are taken care of!!
