The home was very nice, bedroom sizes were great and home overall was very clean. The AC condenser was leaking upon check in and property management communicated consistently but it did take 3 days to get fixed. They did gift us a basket for our patience and Denise was very helpful and thought to exchange out the towels we had down to help protect the floors. The hot tub was not clean when we went to use it but property manager had someone out quickly to clean it. I think the 3 days on the ac had more to do with the ac vendor than property management. We have been coming to 30a for over 20 years and it was really nice to stay so close to the beach and we found the beach to be far less crowded than watercolor/seaside area. We didn’t ride bikes as often but the streets to Rosemary seemed safe enough to ride with older kids and only took 6-10 minutes. If not for the ac/hot tub I would have rated 5 stars. One of the trash cans disappeared during the week and it would have been nice to have the 3rd can as we stayed mon-mon and the trash was pretty full even with Tuesday/Friday pickup. Again the house itself was lovely and we all had a wonderful time.
