Ocean Seven is an amazing small dog friendly vacation rental property in beautiful Panama City Beach FL. It has one bedroom and one bathroom and comfortably sleeps 4 with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Sugar Beach is a delightful, family friendly low-rise complex overlooking the sugar white sand dunes and sparkling emerald waters of the Gulf. Located in the highly desirable Thomas Drive area of Panama City Beach, Florida, you'll be close to all the action yet, you'll have plenty of privacy. This property is just a few steps to the World's Most Beautiful Beaches. From March-October, we've arranged for complimentary beach chairs with a beach umbrella just for you. Check in with the beach service for this. It's going to be the best getaway ever.

The incredible open floor plan flows from the kitchen to the dining area to the great room and out onto the private patio area. The great room has a beautiful leather sleeper sofa and a coordinating over-sized chair, just right for watching your favorite shows on the huge Roku TV. Free WiFi is available for your enjoyment inside the condo. Open your great room sliding door and relax on your patio overlooking a freshwater lake stocked with beautiful koi fish that the kids can feed. No Fishing, Please! This is an amazing opportunity to see fish, turtles, and exotic birds up close.

Relax and enjoy the wonderful views of the pool, tennis courts, lakes and the beach from your patio. Celebrate the sunset each day and enjoy your morning coffee while you take it all in. Play a game of volleyball on the beach! This is the LIFE.

Create a gourmet dinner or a quick snack in your modern, well-equipped kitchen. The sleek modern cabinetry and granite counter tops make cooking a real joy. The kitchen has a beautiful subway tiled back splash and updated appliances including a Keurig coffee machine. The microwave is mounted above the stove to give lots of counter space. The breakfast bar seats 2 and the dining area seats 4.

The Captain's Quarters queen master bedroom is your private oasis. Fall right asleep on your comfy queen-sized bed with high thread count sheets-it's like sleeping on a cloud! The overhead ceiling fan makes it even more comfy. Enjoy your favorite shows on your big flat screen Roku TV. The large closet offers plenty of storage for your suitcases and clothing.

Your bathroom has a tub and shower combo with a shower massage, a toilet and a beautiful custom vanity with granite counter tops. There's a hair dryer provided for your convenience. The bathroom is accessible from the hallway. You'll love our fluffy white cotton towels.

Sugar Beach has an on-site laundry for taking care of any laundry needs you may have. Your condo has an ironing board and iron provided.

Sugar Beach is a gated community with a fun, family oriented atmosphere. The awesome beachfront pool with a large sunning deck has plenty of chairs. Sugar Beach has so many great amenities on property. Bring your tennis rackets and get in a game on one of the two tennis courts. The tennis courts are set up for pickleball, too. There's also shuffleboard court and a grilling area adjacent to the large beach side pool.

A 2 night minimum stay is required except during Summer. The minimum required stay between Memorial Day week and the second week of August, is 7 nights with check-in on Saturday and check-out on the following Saturday.

Parking is limited to two spaces per condo. All vehicles must display a valid parking pass. Parking is NOT INCLUDED in your reservation due to condo association rules. As of August 2025, the parking fee is $37.00 per vehicle and $100.00 per trailer per space. Please register your pet if they are vacationing with you prior to arrival. Fees are subject to change without notice so, please check the registration website you receive with your check in instructions for current rates.

Minimum age to rent is 25. No smoking or vaping inside condo.
