The view was perfect from left to right to straight ahead. We do suggest bringing your own tp, paper towel, laundry soap, dish soap and dishwasher soap. You will also need salt and pepper. But it was an AMAZING vacation. We loved the accommodations!

We had a blast the week of our stay here. It was the absolute perfect location with the beach right there, the beautiful views, and plenty of activities for the kids. The owner was very pleasant and helpful as well. We would recommend this place to anyone!

Family friendly/Great location!

A great place to stay! Very clean and had all the essentials! Excellent host communication and check in was super easy! Perfect for children of all ages and close to Pier Park! Highly recommend!

Great condo

We had a wonderful time at this great condo. It was as described. Plenty of seating. Very kid friendly resort. This is one of our favorites. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay!

We went as a family to enjoy this great condo and enjoyed it very much. The condo was clean and well maintained. The view was excellent and the beach was awesome. We where able to see dolphins and rays from the balcony.

Check in was easy. Robin was on top of everything. There were some issues that came up and she was very prompt with responding and took care of everything. Really enjoyed my time here and always a great stay at Splash.

Great place to stay

We loved how spacious the condo was and how nice it was. The beds were really comfortable and the master bedroom was spacious. The pullout couches were comfy as well and well maintained. The pools, and splash pad was well kept and fun entertainment for the kids.

Everything went well I could not remember the door code and my phone had died when I came back on the host had already replied with the code. Super friendly and fast response the rooms were nice and tidy thank you

Would stay here again

The condo was just as described. The view was amazing from the balcony, and you could watch the sunrise and sunsets from there. We enjoyed the pool area and beach everyday. The beach service chairs that were included were a nice bonus, you just have to get down there early if you want front row. All in all it was a great experience.

Splash Resort Property

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. The property manager helped us get checked in when we had a few minor issues upon arrival. The kids absolutely loved the splash pool! Our condo was clean and had all the basic cooking supplies! Will definitely be using this property again in the future.

Everything was done in a professional and friendly way. All questions were answered. The owner was great to work with. Would stay at this rental again and give it high recommendation to friends.

Cleanliness

Loved our stay even though I had to sweep and mop the floors when we arrived because there was quite a bit of sand on them and because of that I wasn’t sure if the bed sheets and pillow cases on the beds were clean so I washed all of them and remade the beds. The condo was beautiful though.

The room was perfect. The host had everything set up and ready. The only cons for the entire resort was the elevators took a decent amount of time to pick you up. The kids water park water was ice cold. We spent most of our time on the beach or visiting things in town, or just hanging out in the room. Loved our vacation.

The furniture was uncomfortable and noticeably used/old. The spare bedroom, did include a king size bed, but the room was small. The pictures didn’t match reality. The worst part was that roaches were found everywhere in the apartment. The owners/vrbo responded quickly to our roach concern. They set many traps but wanted to spray. We declined this as we had two small children staying with us. We have stayed at Splash for more than 20 years and never had this problem. Conversely, the host was very kind. The beach view was awesome, but we have noticed Splash is declining in the care of the complex. In 20 years, the toddler section has been neglected. A turtle and frog that squirt water and a couple other water features isn’t enough for parents/grandparents. It should be resigned and updated with shade added for toddlers.
