The trip was small but mighty!

Decided to take a quick trip to the beach over the weekend, the host was very respectful and descriptive of everything that was needed for the room. The room had an amazing view, was very clean, and perfect for just two!

Amazing stay at Breezy Living! My fiancé and I decided last minute to take a small trip to the area and this property was perfect for us. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here!

Great place and great location

This is a great place to stay for a short visit or a longer stay. Everything on the property was very clean. It is very conveniently located to Pier Park. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This is a beautiful studio condo with everything you need. It's a great location.

The condo is in a wonderful location with lots of shopping and restaurants close by. We stayed in the studio condo and it was so cute and had everything we needed.

Connecting door

absolutely loved our trip! the only reason im not giving 5/5 is because there is a connecting door in the room! im an extremely light sleeper & just the sound of laundry going in the middle of the night from the other room would wake me up! Mrs Laurine is a wonderful host & goes above & beyond!

I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and unique design of the property. Easy access, great communication with the property owner, I ‘m extremely afraid of heights and the property is on the 21st floor. That was communicated to me in the welcome email, but I apparently didn’t read that part. Upon checking in I was informed of this fact. The owner was willing to partially compensate me for my mistake in search of another property. Needless to say I got the courage to proceed with the check in . I was so impressed with the property that I totally forgot about my fears. The owner was more than concerned about my situation and was readily available for further assistance. She answered my calls within minutes if I missed contacting her. I definitely will stay again and refer my family and friends.

Summer Vacation

This was our first time staying at Sterling Breeze and the condo was spacious and comfortable! The kitchen was stocked with items to make it easy for cooking and it was nice to have a grill on the balcony. The kids had plenty of space and liked having outlets next to their beds so they could charge their phones. The beds very comfortable and overall, the condo was great! The pool and hot tub area was nice and the beaches weren't very crowded. It was great being able to get a drink or snacks at the bar by the pool. It was also nice being walking distance to Pier Park so we didn't have to sit in traffic. The kids had a great time!! Lastly, the owners are the best! They constantly checked in with us to make sure everything was good, which is a nice touch. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful beachfront condo

This condo was above and beyond our expectations. We had plenty of room for our large family and the view of the beach and water were amazing. The pool and hot tub on the property were very nice and the staff are all friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the owner checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the week. If you’re looking for a nice, updated condo with lots of room, look o further!

The studio met all our needs. The studio was clean, bed comfortable and the shower relaxed me to sleep sound. The hotel was beachfront; therefore, few steps for us seniors. No noise after 8:00, which was great. Host checked on us several times. Overall 5 stars.

Perfect for couples

From the time I booked I had constant communication with the host. The room was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. We enjoyed the days on the beach, and nights out on the town. Coming back to a nice room and comfortable bed after a long day was perfect. Thanks for your great hospitality.

Unbelievably amazing experience from start to finish. Jim and Laurine were incredibly easy to communicate and work with! Will definitely be recommending their condos and if I could give more than 5 stars I would! Beautiful view with easy access to the baseball fields I was coaching at. I wish I was still there!!!

Great week but condo needs more elevators.

The property was great but could use some more elevators. It wasn’t fun staying on the 21st floor when we had to wait on elevators. The cafe and wine bar was deceiving. It was a snack bar with drinks. The room was really cute and perfect for two. It is located a half mile from pier park so perfect location. The water was crystal clear and absolute beautiful. .

Quaint studio by the sea!

We LOVED our stay here and everything was great!! Since it’s a studio it doesn’t have a dishwasher or stove but there are plenty of appliances to cook with!! Great porch for watching some marine life and enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning! We would definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful!

The condo was perfect for us. The decor is up to date and it felt like home away from home. The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing. Walking distance to Pier Park! I will be back. Owners are exceptional!
