Our stay was absolutely perfect. Everything was smooth from check-in to chec-out. Great location, beautiful view and we were blessed with great weather. Would highly recommend for couple or small family!

Great Unit!

Although we had some noise above us the first night, at no fault of the property owner, we enjoyed our stay.The unit was clean and spacious. The big balcony with an ocean view was an added bonus. Will definitely stay again!

All in One Paradise

We stayed here for a baseball tournament and will be choosing this place from now on. It had everything you could ask for. Several options to choose from for each families needs. Easy access to the beach, a pool, arcade, grill area for everyone to gather. The staff were friendly and had a Starbucks, breakfast, ice cream shop connected.

Great, just needed a little more cleaning

The location was great and the property was exactly as described online. My only complaint was that the cleaning staff did not do a very good job before we got there.

All the perks!!

We absolutely love the location!!! Having ocean front is a must for us and adding the street view for night time viewing was perfect!! You get ocean front and at night when ocean is dark you get to see the night life. Sharkeys live music and walk back to room is great. Close to pier park walking distance. The rooms is huge and very accommodating would give this place a 10!! Only downfall to our stay was when we had to leave, we wasn’t ready. Promise anyone would love this place. 10/10

Views are incredible!

My husband and I rented for Labor Day weekend. It was exactly as described in the posting. The views in this unit are incredible! You are on the 10th floor and you are able to see the gulf perfect! Also, we rented several times through this property management team and the process is seamless.

Great couples getaway

The room was nice with just about everything we needed. The room was clean and spacious. The location is great with just a minute walk to the beach and close to grocery stores and shopping. The only downside is that even though you're 10 floors up, you're still able to hear all the traffic going by. We resolved that by listening to fan sounds on our phones while we slept. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Excellent stay

My wife and kids spent 5 nights at this property. Location was great and the condo itself was perfect. Everything was comfortable and in good working order. Only super minor complaints are that the balcony door is tough to open/close and that the bathroom water pressure could be a little better. We ordered $200 worth of groceries and did a Walmart pickup which was the greatest idea ever. We highly recommend checking out St Andrews park for swimming and snorkeling and/or renting a pontoon boat and checking our Shell Island. We also rented fishing equipment from Half Hitch for $10 a day. All in all we would most definitely stay here again.

Just awful

I rent condos 5-10 times a year and this was the worst I have ever stayed it. We evacuated there from a storm. The place had 2 forks, no knives, cookware was terrible. Weed was smelled down halls and on balcony from morning til night. To top it all off they charged an extra fee for improper checkout procedures because we forgot to clean out the bathroom trash can!?!? I’m sure the cleaning fee was more than enough to empty one trash can. So disappointed. We left for Perdido Key and found a real condo.

Terrible Stay

The cleanliness of the property was the biggest concern. The floors were all filled with long strands of hair, lent balls, and dirty throughout the entire property. We were unable to walk without shoes to feel comfortable and clean. The bed linens were filled with lent balls and didn’t smell clean which led to terrible nights of sleep. The sofa sleeper was broke and would not lay flat; the linens were also rough and dirty. The bathroom shower and sink weren’t clean nor the floor mopped. The location was as described: short walk to the beach and in a prime area. The dryer was filled with lint which got on several loads of laundry. I would not recommend this property to a family for vacation.

Great views terrible condo.

Will never do business with Vacations perfected againFirstly, we were super excited to get to the beach and have a great family vacation. We stayed at origins, which we have stayed at before. We got to the condo at 3pm and called to check if an early check in would be possible since we had gotten a notification that the condo we were staying in wasn't occupied the day prior to check in. Abigail had told us that it shouldn't be a problem since it was only an hour before check in. Wrong. They wanted us to pay 50 for an early check in.... So their greed outweighs their customers service skills okay cool whatever. We get into our condo and it was ok. It could use some updating but nothing big to complain about. We had been there for around an hour, when we were getting ready and noticed our crawler twins hands feet and legs were black from how NASTY the floors were. We then began noticing the shower was dirty (mold forming around the ceiling of it), the bed already had sand In it, it obviously wasn't clean, and the door handle of the condo kept falling off. So, I messaged the host and asked if they would please hav someone come and clean the floors at least. No response. In fact I messaged again, and still, no response. These people are only worried about taking your money, and if you have any issues forget having them resolved because they are not there to help you to make your stay easier or better. 0/10 vacations perfected is a crock.

Stop reading all the reviews and just enjoy yourself!

We had a great experience. I was so nervous after reading a lot of negative reviews about the Origin. We had friends staying there too, so we wanted to stay in the same resort. Our unit was just as described. It was clean and spacious. I loved how there was no check in. We could go straight to condo and enter the code to get in our unit provided by Vacations Perfected. Just as most rental condos, bring or buy from the Walmart near by necessities like toilet paper, dish soap ect. The unit does need a new microwave. We called to report this, but they didn’t bring us another one. It’s an over the stove one, so I figured it was more complicated to switch out. We loved the huge corner deck with a view. We were there over the 4th of July and the complex was busy, but we didn’t hear a lot of extra noise. We truly recommend this unit! It was everything we needed for my husband and 1 and 2 kids. There were even sand toys and beach chairs left for us. As well as the coupons Vacations Perfected emailed us. We had an amazing vacation!

Could be so much better

Two minutes upon arrival discovered a broken chain in the toilet. Only way to flush was to take the commode lid off and manually flush by hand. Next issue was the sink sprayer was broken and when you turned on the kitchen sink water was spewing to the ceiling. Management did correct the problems but condo should be inspected monthly for issue before guest check in. The sticking patio door to the balcony is more than annoying as you have to use your body to push it open. kitchen utensils are at best minimum . The overall cleanliness is the worse part. I went and got my on floor cleaner and moped the entire condo myself. It was either that or walk around on a dirty floor for a week. Best feature of the condo is the balcony and view, but condo leaves a lot to be desired.
