Vehicles will be towed if not registered through the HONK App. Portside allows 2 vehicles maximum per home. One marked parking spot is designated for this home. Visitor parking spaces are first come first serve. Overflow parking is available at the back tennis court area.
- All guests are required to purchase a wristband for $1 each to access the Resort`s amenities, not included in your booking payment.
- The following are prohibited: smoking, vaping, pets, parties, unauthorized guests, hanging items over the balcony railing, grills, rollerblades, skateboards, golf carts, scooters, motorcycles, glass bottles/food/drinks in pool areas.
- Quiet hours are 11PM-8AM.
- Pool hours are 9AM-11PM.
- Pickleball and tennis court hours are 8AM-10PM.
