Excellent stay

We could not have enjoyed our recent stay more. The condo was beautiful and comfortable and the location excellent. Loved how easy it was to check in and check out. Also really appreciated how quickly staff responded to questions. Definitely hope to stay here again!

We could not have enjoyed our recent stay more. The condo was beautiful and comfortable and the location and views were excellent! The check in and check out process was so easy and really appreciated how responsive the property managers were to questions.

Great stay

Everything was just as the listing said. Extra clean, the whole space smelled amazing the whole week. Beds were comfy and the view is unbelievable. Will stay here again.

The condo was immaculate, very inviting and cozy, and had the best view!! Got to see dolphins swim by everyday, and a manta ray! It was so convenient to be able to just take the elevator down to the beach, and it’s only a short distance from all of the things to do downtown. The beach wasn’t too crowded and the water was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to take my three boys for vacation! If you’re on the fence I highly recommend staying here!!

Hard to beat palazzo 1708 Amazing views, and great set up for the family. Palazzo is my favorite condo to stay at because you never have to wait on elevators and there is plenty of parking.

THE BEST!!

I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere as beautiful as this. The location was right on the water, very spacious, lots of convenient amenities. The Scenic Stays staff was super helpful with any questions and issues I had. Very gorgeous place to stay and I will be back!

Awesome location

Balcony was amazing and footsteps away from beach. Town had all the places to eat but with a kitchen and the beach for a playground i didn’t leave my place except to purchase some groceries. Loved the place and would stay again if visiting Panama Beach

Nice condo

Overall a nice condo. For the price, some of the furnishings are worn and need replaced. Dryer and fridge need maintenance. The table on the balcony is too large and dangerously close to balcony, scares me for a small child.

Great Views

Great views and wonderful sunsets. Was worried that being on the 17 floor would be a problem getting everything up and down from the beach. It was not an issue at all even with 5 kids. Quick elevator ride and then just a few steps to the beach.

Beautiful Location - Condo needs some TLC

We loved our 3rd stay at the property, however you guys should come in and work on the little things and refresh some rugs and other items to make this feel l. The TVs are not real modern/intuitive to use. The Curtains in the master don't open to see the water (the reason we are here!). The fan in the master is not mounted properly. We called for 3 different maintenance needs while we were there, and a little more proactive management of the small things would go a long way.

Perfect view!

This was our first time in PCB - we had a blast! The condo was everything that we had anticipated it to be! The view from the 17th floor was breathtaking. The condo itself was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable, which always makes for such any easy stay! The only complaints we had were mainly with housekeeping. The floors seemed to not have been mopped in awhile.. my 1 year old crawled everywhere and her knees/feet were black from all of the dirt. The couch needs replacing but not a big deal. The parking garage was very tight for my full size SUV. Other than that, we had a great stay!

Terrible experience

Stayed in this unit in prior years, but this year was terrible. No access to amenities including pool and hot tub. Balconies were not accessible due to building painting, lessee claimed they notified us but did not, maintenance was in our room multiple times due to building painting, very inconvenient, owner claimed they would make it right but have not to date. Very inconvenient and unacceptable.

Needs Work

Love staying at the Palazzo but 1708 fell short. Not enough wash cloths. Had to request extra. Guest bath only had one light bulb out of three working. One over the vanity and bulb over the shower burned out. Toilet in the master bedroom needs repair. Only one lightbulb working in the master closet. The guest bedroom on the west side gets extremely hot during the day regardless of how cool you set the a/c temp. There is not a remote for the tv in the master bedroom. In the kitchen there were only four forks. There are not enough pots or a frying pan for cooking. We had to go buy a frying pan. I would have loved to give 5 stars but sorry, not this time.

Girl trip

I’ve stayed in many units at palazzo and love this facility. This particular unit is on the west end and usually the nicest units. Unfortunately this unit wasn’t as nice as others I’ve stayed in. The couch was very stained and worn, the coffee table is covered in water rings( no coasters available) the big sliding door to the balcony has a broken latch and a piece of metal that falls off every time you slide the door open. The worst thing is there are no curtains or blinds on all the glass in the den, it’s the west end unit, so when the sun is setting, the room is blinding. The den tv isn’t a smart tv, but the bedrooms are. There is no kurig for coffee So none of this is the end of the world, this unit just needs some TLC to be up to the level of other units in this facility Something not related to this unit, palazzo has always been a quiet, relaxing place to stay. Guards frequently came by the pool area to make sure things were safe. This year was different, there was a group of adults, drunk, loud , and obnoxious… they ran everyone out of the pool area. I never saw an attendant during my entire stay.
