Lovely stay!

Everything was very easy from the check in to the location. The property is very comfortable, well provisioned, and perfectly situated for exploring the town. All in all a lovely weekend visit!

Easy walking distance to beach. Very attentive property manager with immediate help with an extra parking permit.Good communication. Spotless, well furnished and maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

Rosemary weekend

Percy flat was so spacious, beautiful and full of natural light. It was such a peaceful getaway for the weekend, with walking distance to Rosemary beach! My family had a wonderful stay! Would absolutely recommend.

Wonderful place

Loved Percy’s Flat! Very clean and layed out well. The location is very convenient to restaurants, stores and a quick walk to the beach. Will definitely see if it is available next time!

Our stay at this property was perfect! Loved the Accommodations, ease of check-in and walkability along with texts from rental company to make sure all was well. And to find out if we needed anything further. We’ll definitely return and look forward to working with 30A again.

Great Place!

Newly renovated and very clean! 10 min walk to beach, but a pretty and shady one. There is a nice pool a couple minutes away. The walk to town center with shopping and dining just 5 minutes. I will say the bunk beds in the wall
