Great flat at Rosemary Beach

Easy walking distance to beach. Very attentive property manager with immediate help with an extra parking permit.Good communication. Spotless, well furnished and maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway in Rosemary

We have been staying in Rosemary for 20 years. It is our family’s town to get away to. This is a fantastic flat to stay in. Great location in RMB! The beds may be the most comfortable we have slept in. Seriously. Well appointed. On the bunk beds in the second bedroom, they are definitely perfect for younger kiddos. Taller/older kiddos may not be able to fully stretch out! 30 A Luxury was AMAZING. Thank you all for a perfect stay.

Great Place!

Newly renovated and very clean! 10 min walk to beach, but a pretty and shady one. There is a nice pool a couple minutes away. The walk to town center with shopping and dining just 5 minutes. I will say the bunk beds in the wall

Wonderful place

Loved Percy’s Flat! Very clean and layed out well. The location is very convenient to restaurants, stores and a quick walk to the beach. Will definitely see if it is available next time!

Clean, quiet, lovely place

This was our first stay at RB as we have always gone to Captiva. We were so thankful we stayed at Percy’s. It was clean, cute, and comfy. Our 11 year old loved the bunk beds. I don’t know how they keep that white couch clean but they do, it’s spotless. We almost stayed above the restaurant but are so glad we stayed away from all the noise. We enjoyed biking around the neighborhoods and I think we would’ve missed out on that if we stayed too close to the beach. We will return!

Loved Rosemary Beach!

Our stay at this property was perfect! Loved the Accommodations, ease of check-in and walkability along with texts from rental company to make sure all was well. And to find out if we needed anything further. We’ll definitely return and look forward to working with 30A again.

Location is perfect!

This rental was clean and we had excellent communication! Being right on the green space was the place to be for hanging out on the deck and no one in front of us. Loved having the bikes to use, pools close, beach close and super comfy. The only reason we didn’t give it an overall 5 star was since the blinds didn’t work and salt n pepper would have been helpful. Otherwise, the place is stocked well and had dishwasher and laundry pods! Loved it!

Nice but Noisy

Nicely furnished and well-stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable The noise level upstairs was constant, starting around 6 am. Bike took a day and a half to exchange. Saw about ten small roaches which can be easily controlled with monthly pest control.

Rosemary weekend

Percy flat was so spacious, beautiful and full of natural light. It was such a peaceful getaway for the weekend, with walking distance to Rosemary beach! My family had a wonderful stay! Would absolutely recommend.

Bright, Clean, Comfy Stay

Best, most comfy beds we have ever had on vacation, hands down!! We would definitely stay again. Great place that was clean and furnished with great furniture in very good condition. The condo was on the second floor so not too many stairs but high enough to give a great view over the commons green area in front that kids and pets were playing on each day.

Good location, extra, extra, extra soft mattresses (too soft)

Good location. Beds were basically unsleepable. Mattresses were old or soft to begin with and then foam toppers were on top of each mattress. Once you got in, you sunk deep. Attempted to sleep in the bunks instead, but they are built for kids (too short for adults). Great location, not great sleep.

Very Clean & Updated Condo

Percy’s Flat in Rosemary looked exactly like the pictures. Everything was very clean and updated. The unit was great for our family of 5. Came with 2 bikes which were so helpful. We liked the quieter location in the back of Rosemary. The green space below had a few evening activities. This would be an ideal unit if bringing young children. We enjoyed sitting in the balcony and watched a movie. Another reviewer noted the bunks are not a twin size. They are smaller but it worked for our daughter who is 5’1. If taller I don’t think it would work or be comfortable. And another reviewer noted how loud people moving in unit above sound. I agree it was loud and would wake us - even my teens who sleep hard. We did not hear TVs or other noise from other units so it was bearable. The agency was easy to work with and their app has all information we needed. If returning I would work with them again and look for a unit on top floor ;)

Loved the unit and location

We loved the property and would stay there again. 1 thing we were disappointed in........ after several calls to management, our bikes were not delivered to us until the afternoon before we checked out. We had intended to ride bikes all 3 days. Also, the shower in the hall bathroom was not working correctly - so we only used the master shower.
