We have stayed twice at HQ by the sea and have loved it both times. Our host was incredibly helpful and the house is so peaceful!

Fantastic property! Very clean, everything felt new and worked. The neighborhood is very quiet and a short bike or golf cart ride away. A few small things came up during the stay and the Property Manager was easy to reach and very helpful. Definitely recommend this place.

Just what we needed!

Had a great stay at 30a Beach Girls house. Their place is spacious, comfortable, and has a lovely resort pool just across from the house, very convenient with kiddos. 30a beach girls provided a warm welcoming and a free bonfire. They were consistently available for all our needs and questions. Highly recommend this property.

Amazing vacation!!!

This property was absolutely beautiful. Daisy and Hollie were great hosts, they made the whole stay welcoming and explained everything for checking in and out easily. The place was very clean and well stocked. The balcony off the front was our hang out spot! The pool was never over crowded and the beach was easy to get to. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect vacation!

Home Away From Home! This is such a cozy and charming property, beautifully decorated. Our only regret was that we had to leave and couldn't stay longer. We will definitely be back next summer. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, prompt in responding, the property was spotless, beds very comfortable, and we loved the neighborhood, the bonfire included was my families favorite night. Thanks for a great stay!

We definitely enjoyed our stay at HQ of the sea. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless. The patio was really nice and also spotless. The beds were extremely comfortable. We had plenty of room to spread out. The golf cart is super handy to bring all your beach stuff to the front of the community. I would definitely stay here again, they location is quiet and peaceful. We had one issue with the golf cart lights not working at night and they were there they following morning at 8am to fix it.

Perfect

No negatives about the condo nor the communication with the owners. It was as it was described. Condo was super spacious and plenty of room. Golf cart was a huge plus with the commute to the beach.

Dream vacation! FREE BONFIRE!!!

Annual Family 30a Trip. Home was just as advertised: beautiful home, fantastic pool and close to beach, bikes and a golf cart. Also, best equipped and cleanest home we have stayed in. The caretakers at 30a beach girls are awesome. They include a bonfire as their guest. It was a wonderful experience. We have never stayed at the same house twice but we plan on returning to this one. We would absolutely stay here again.

Home away from Home!

The property was exactly as advertised. The place was very clean, well stocked with amenities, and felt at home during our stay. It was very central to all that we needed to get to. We highly recommend this place for both adults and children. It was a very open plan and conducive for entertaining. The pool across the street was never over crowded and enjoyed by all. Beach is just down the road and simple to take the cart too. 30a beach girls was so easy to work with and responded right away to all messages. Would definatley rent again.

AMAZING!!! WE loved it so much!!

Spring Holiday Vacation Home! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was absolutely gorgeous and everything was exactly as advertised! House was very clean and fresh, beds all comfortable. Loved all of the amenities, inside and outside! The golf cart was so easy with getting to seaside and back, we only used the bikes once. The home provided the perfect environment for our spring holiday vacation. The bonfire evening was perfect and so happy that even though we had rain the bonfire still worked out. 30a beach girls was so easy to work with!! Looking forward to re-booking this property in the future!

We had a magical time! 30a Beach Girls always delivers, in the year after canceled plans, no time with friends, and continued shifting conditions, it was the perfect getaway. Such a beautiful home--well appointed, a great location, and a total killer pool steps away. We had daily beach days followed by lovely relaxed evenings on the screened porch. We were two families, and the house was excellent to give us together time and space to take a minute. Thank you Hollie and your squad of beach girls. Our celebration was one we will always fondly remember! We combined baby showers, birthdays and a graduation. It was epic! We can't wait to go back!

Brand new spacious cottage close to beaches.

Cottage was exactly as described on VRBO . Brand new and immaculately clean with plenty of room for our large party. Close walk to private entry to the beach. Neighborhood was quiet with a beautiful pool 50 yards away, The biggest plus was the 4 1/2 full baths with spacious countertops. Plus, outside shower and screen porch were perfect! Property Manager was very responsive to any and all inquiries and made me feel confident in my choice of properties. Kitchen was fully stocked with amenities from plenty of dishware (including serving bowls and utensils) along with small appliances (griddle/blender/hand mixer) making preparing and serving meals very easy. Enjoyed our visit and have already reserved our stay for next year.

Wonderful!!!

This house was perfect for my family of 7. My husband and I slept in the bedroom downstairs and my daughter and her husband and my 3 grandchildren had all of the rooms upstairs. The children loved the bunk room. The house and rooms are spacious; we never felt cramped. This house was extremely clean which is the utmost importance to me. The adult bicycles and golf cart were a major plus! 30A Beachgirls were easy to reach and took care of any concerns that we had. I would highly recommend this house! Thank you 30 A Beachgirls for everything!!

Great home located between Rosemary and Seaside!

Great home located between Rosemary and Seaside! The home was very spacious and had enough beds to fit my entire extended family and was very clean. It was in a great location since we were going to both Rosemary and Seaside and wanted a rental in the middle of both. We had the pool all to ourselves each time we went so that was cool, loved it was just across from the house. The only downfall of the house was that the port had pollen ovary day on it! 30a beach girls did come clean it twice but it was a battle each day, guess its just that time of year. The bonfire evening was enjoyed by all of us, we were sad it was only 3 hours. Overall, the house was great and service was wonderful. We would stay here again pollen and all!

Service above par and home was perfect!

Bigger than we thought, very clean and well supplied! This property was exactly what we were looking for in terms of space. We had all ages from toddlers, kids and teens. I'll give you the good first, there was definitely enough space the bedrooms were roomy and we loved the screened in porch for added entertaining space. The location was in the center of all we planned to do Rosemary, Red Bar, Seaside site seeing, Everyone at 30a beach girls was quick to respond with any questions. Now for the "bad" because I know those are the reviews I look for, You can't swim after 10pm which was a bummer when we wanted to swim without kids, and although the property is centrally located 30a has traffic due to some construction though its only for a few more weeks I guess, so it did take a bit longer to get places then we anticipated. Overall it was a wonderful stay, I would most definitely stay again.

Family Gathering

The House was nice but came with a few issues. First the dishwashers did not work properly - we ended up washing dishes by hand. Second, the golf cart could not be used for most of the trip because of a bad tire. The repair company that eventually came and replaced the tire said that it should have been replace prior to renting the property (it was dangerous). I brought this to the management company attention, and I was told that the property did not guarantee the use of the golf cart. One of the reasons we booked the house was because it had a golf cart. We were only able to use the cart on the last day of our trip which made it more difficult getting items to the beach and back. Another small issue was one of the drawers under the bunk bed was broken and could not be used Lastly, the house had limited cooking utensils (Pots) and silverware. It's a great house but not managed well.

the PERFECT house

Property was immaculate. The amount of space was incredible. My biggest regret was that we had to leave. We LOVED this house! Beach was a quick golf cart ride straight down the street. The pool is right out front. Never crowded. Hollie was always a text away. Home was immaculate so very clean. We will rebook!

Headquarters by the Sea

The Headquarters by the Sea is a beautiful property and we love the location. It was sparkling clean on arrival and had all the amenities we needed. The storage shed with bikes and beach chairs was also very much appreciated. We were disappointed by the golf cart that wasn't working. We selected this property above others because of the advertised “brand new cart”. We have a one year old, so getting all our stuff to the beach was a little trickier without it. We do appreciate the prompt response by management to try and fix it, but unfortunately it was not back in working order during our stay. Also I think it would be helpful to actually reach a person at your office rather than always having to use text message.

Best time on 30a ever

Our extended family had a great time relaxing this summer at Headquarters, enjoying the closeness of the pool and beach, cooking our favorite dishes in the amazing kitchen, and the kids had a great time swimming, biking and just hanging out and playing games. The home had everything and more! It's a lovely and charming place and a great place to come back to again! 30a beach girls was phenomenal communicating, coordinating and answering questions as needed. See you next summer or maybe the fall...
