Warning! Previous reviews aren’t lying!

This was absolutely the WORST condo decision I have made in all my years coming to PCB. The location is awful, you will have to cross traffic every time you want to go down to the beach. Beach shower is accessible once you return to property (walk back across street). The furniture STILL looks like it’s from wish or temu. The pictures had to be from when the furniture was brand new. The furniture is the same but the condition is not! Patio and furniture so stained I was afraid to let my family use them. Asked host about a plunger the first or second night about a plunger and was told if I couldn’t locate the plunger that I could feel free to go across the street to Walmart and purchase one and could send receipt for reimbursement. Found tortilla chips from a previous stay in the oven drawer with baking pans. If you read reviews keep in mind, even though it’s been some time since the review was written doesn’t mean the issue has been addressed. Same transgressions as others from over a year ago. Not worth the time or money. The most expensive and worst PCB condo experience ever!

Read before you Rent....

First I want to state this review is not for the resort. Lakewharf Resort is awesome location. This condo though is horrible. The rooms are not as shown on the pictures. We first get there, the bottom bunk had sand on the bed, king bed was broken and is so uncomfortable. All the furniture looks and feels like you got it off wishlist or Temu. The cleanliness was not vlean at all. Stains on couch and the outside patio was rusted and so uncomfortable. I 100% do not recommend this condo. All the conplaints were ignored accept the bed and they came into to condo without telling us. Patio is on the lake side not ocean so make sure you know that. All in all this place literally gets 1 star and that was because the door was right by the garage and elevators.

Property Too dirty

Property was extremely filthy. Couch was ripped off. No washer liquid available. Fan and light remote was missing battery. Not enough towels. All Beds were old and making sound when you turn sleeping position while sleeping, very bothering. You can see the dust everywhere from furniture to floor. Property manager never called in to check on us. Balcony was extremely dirty too. Will not suggest anyone to rent it.

The unit we stayed in was nothing like was presented online. The couch was absolutely disgusting. We had to buy garbage bags, toilet, paper towels. Stayed at many VRBO and this was by far at the worst EVER!

Loved it!!

We had a blast at this unit in Panama City! Very spacious and clean. Super quiet building great parking! Very close to everything ( literally walking distance). Full kitchen make sure you bring your own seasonings! The all you can eat buffet is seasonal so make sure you come after February 1st to enjoy that. King size bed in the master bedroom has entry to the balcony.

Property is in a great location, however, pictures of property are not accurate. Sofa is seriously worn out. No after hours direct contact with Property owner or manager if needed for emergencies. No clear information about resort fees upon arrival.

Family Gathering

We rented four units from the same host for our extended family Thanksgiving vacation. The proximity was great (1 unit on floors 5, 6, 7 and 8)! Our family had a wonderful time and we're looking forward to returning.

Our stay

It was ok. The floors were dirty in the condo when we got there but no big deal with all the in and out we did, some of the bulbs in the master bathroom were burnt, again no big deal, the curtains in the living room were about to come out of the wall. The beds were comfy, & it was a convenient location. The elevators were slow but they did work on them. All in all, we did enjoy our stay.

Beautiful Condo

The Codo is beautiful! Location of beach was just right across the street. Elevators were a little slow but being on the 5th floor we could walk down if we needed to.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed staying at this condo! Beautiful place with plenty of room for our family of 8! Nice sized balcony with a great view of the light show! Within walking distance of Walmart, restuarants and attractions! Thanks for a great place to stay!

Laketown Warf

So, this was my very FIRST time staying anywhere outside of a normal resort or hotel. It did not disappoint. This location was PERFECT for my family and I. The home was very clean and convenient to all of the local shops. The staff was friendly and everyone was professional and helpful. Oh, the McDonald’s that sit across the road is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!! The room was exactly how I viewed it online. I highly recommend this place!!!!
