Property

The checking in was terrible. Elevators took forever to get anywhere. The parking deck was very small. The room had mold and mildew under the sink in the kitchen and on the walls in the master bathroom. The dead bolts did not work on the main entrance. We had to use a chair every night to make sure the door was secured. Overall we will never book here

Look elsewhere

First thing when you walk in it smells of mildew and mold, quickly we found said mold covering the master bathroom and bedroom closet. The owner sent instructions of the A/C shutting off and how to reset it before check in. Should have been a red flag as the condo did not ever go under 75 and only felt like fan auto blowing. The comforters on the beds looked unwashed as there was stains and hair on them. Although the sheets underneath were washed. We ended up going to buy our own sheets. You are proved 10 wrist bands that fall off with a flip of a wrist then you are charged for them. The elevators are a nightmare if you enjoy waiting 15 mins just to get on to stop at every single floor. The pools were closed more than they were open. For the price find somewhere else to spend your money. My family had a great time outside of the room as it is in a nice area. Worst place we have stayed in the 10 years we have been coming to PCB. Photos I have attempted to add act as if they are to large to be added

Ubicación perfecta

Un costo adicional de las pulseras sin divulgar en la publicación inicial. El apto está en el piso 12, los ascensores medianamente rápidos. Muy concurrido el edificio. La playa es muy bonita pero el agua es algo fría

Lovely stay

We loved our stay here! Property was clean and check in/out was easy. Staff at the condo was strict, and had silly rules. But access to the beach was easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed

Very outdated needs to be remodel, location was great, communication with host was not to successful 🙄. Sink disposal didn't work the smell was horrible, water stains near the bunk beds, bathrooms were very dirty, master bath had stains around baseboards and the hallway bath the tub had black stains.

The pictures are all altered place was the pits.

Upon arrival waited in line for 45 minutes to check in. Then had to wait over an hour for the elevator and at no time during the week diid we not wait long periods of time for the elevators and three days in a row two elevators broken and got stuck in one with no phone response for 30 minutes. Tried to reach the rental agent with no response left messages and text for return call never happened. The paint peeling on doors, doors brokenwith cracks in them. Kitchen cupboards dirty, bathrooms were horrible with big dark stains on walls, tile and baseboard. Chairs on patio rusted and paint peeling. If you used two burners on stove smoke alarm went off. Pool with all children jumping in and no respect for anyone. Gate guards nasty and you pay an extra $100 dollars for plastic wrist bands than irritated my skin and had to cut off. Then got yelled at the gate for not wearing it. Lights out in parking garage that made it dangerous to see. The only good part was the ocean. Would never recommend this unit or this manager. Worst experience in my 30 years of travel to florida and vrbo.

Family Annual Trip

The pictures were a little different from the actual place but it was roomy and we were close to everything. The bottom floor is filled with places to shop and eat which was a plus along with the added water/light show daily that could be seen from the balcony.

Honest review

The resort was great. It had Several pools and good location. It felt very safe. The only bad thing was there were not enough elevators for the size of the resort. Be prepared to wait for long periods for an elevator up to 20 Min at times. Elevators were often down and not working. The unit was not clean. Our family cleaned the first day there. The tubs were black. It did come up with a magic eraser so we knew it had not been cleaned. We also swept and mopped the first day. I changed the Mop water 4 times while doing so. The unit was fairly nice but they need a new cleaning service. If that is corrected the unit would be great. The property manager was responsive and stated a meeting was set up with the cleaner however there was no adjustment to the rate and no one was sent to clean it.

We really enjoyed the condo itself. We liked the layout, roomness, wrap-around deck and all the windows. What was disappointing was the hassle with the elevators. They were still under repair when we left the 9th of March. That was approximatly 45 days that it was down. Then half way through our stay they closed the pool and hot tub that was on the 10th floor. (closest to us) The water show is lovely. But after a couple weeks of no show I asked and they didnt even know that it wasnt operating. So what I am saying is the condo is nice but the complex itself was not. Be aware that there is NOT a view of the beach. Aneliya was quick to respond to questions and easy to work with.

Don’t let the pictures fool you

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. The first message between the host was so rude. We asked if we could check in early if we paid more and they immediately sent me and email saying absolutely no early check in. Then someone sent me a message saying no but if we could they would let us know. I never heard back from them. Then when we get there they made us pay $70 for cheap armbands (that not all the guest have on) and parking passes. When we were told it would only be $20. We had reached out to the host about them giving us the wrong Wi-Fi information and the reply we received was I don’t understand your complaint. The room was trashed. The paint was chipped all on the walls, beds were just springs no cushion, only a couple of the outlets work and forget about elevators. It take 30 mins to even catch a ride on one of them. Don’t even get me started with the staff. We went parasailing and our bracelet got ripped off during it and she told me I would have to pay $100 to replace (mind you she just gave someone one for free moments before). She told me I would have to lock myself in the room and stay there if I don’t pay her $100. I have never been yelled at and given so much attitude like I received from this girl. Worst hospitality I have ever received, it’s a disgusting place and I would never take my family back there even if it was the last vacation option. Do better Laketown.

The lake town wharf

The host is amazing and the response time was so fast! The condo slept all 10 of us comfortably and was very clean, I will say that the condo definitely could’ve been equipped with more essentials such as kitchen supplies, etc.. Over all it was a great place to stay! We enjoyed our time and definitely will be back!
