Excellent location. In the heart of everything. Loved the unit - cute, comfy, lots of amenities, etc. Perfect for the 4 of us even with two be adult children. A couple of things to know - this unit shares a gaffe with another unit and the garage is underneath this unit. We did not realize this so when we heard a loud grinding. Noise it took us a second to realize it was the garage door opening. Also, one day, the other tenets took all the beach chairs. Lastly, the cooking pans in the unit were in pretty bad shape with the Teflon peeling off.

This carriage house was a perfect size for our small family of three and we couldn’t love the location more! Steps to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The place was clean, well stocked kitchen and had everything we needed! I would highly recommend for a small family or couple wanting to travel to this beautiful area!

Another amazing stay at this adorable carriage house - what a gem!

This is our second time staying at this property and we absolutely love it! And we plan to come back again in the future, hopefully next year. You simply cannot beat the location of this property. It is located steps away from the walkover to the beach, Main St., the Pearl Hotel, the green, and numerous restaurants and shops. The location is so good, you really do not need to rent bikes. But we always rent bikes during our stay so that we can explore the rest of Rosemary and the surrounding beach towns. You can rent bikes and bike trailers through the rental company at a reasonable cost, and the bikes will be there when you arrive! Not only is the location amazing, but the property itself is perfect for a family with children. This year, our children are 4.5 and 21 months old. Our son LOVES the precious bunk room. The home is well equipped for children of all ages, including the really little ones. The property has a pack-n-play, high chair, bib, children utensils, books (mostly beach themed), Duplo legos, blocks, puzzles, and games. They also have beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, etc. Our children were well entertained, both inside and outside of the property. They also had a soft sided gate that you can clip to the bottom of the spiral staircase to keep little ones off the stairs, which we highly recommend using!We love that we found this gem in Rosemary beach. We are as a family of four and still enjoy Rosemary beach in a home! We can't wait to come back!

The best place we’ve stayed in Rosemary! Perfect place for small families and couples.

This is our third trip to Rosemary and by far our favorite accommodation! The location is perfect - an easy, quick walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and pools, even with little ones. We traveled with our toddler and 9 month old and it was the perfect size. We especially loved all the thoughtful touches - children’s books (all beach themed), blocks, puzzles, games, and beach/pool toys, chairs, etc. There were bikes available for use too. An outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach (and it’s warm)! The beds were all comfortable too. We drove and way overpacked - the home had everything we needed and more! No detail was overlooked. The photos do not do it justice - the home is much more spacious and beautiful in person. We will definitely return next year and are already planning our next trip! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and sharing your home with our family! Our son was so sad to leave all the books, blocks, and of course, the beach!

Perfect Location

Beautiful property that is in a perfect location. Can view the ocean from the front porch and through the windows in the loft area. The house looks directly at the Pearl Hotel and is just a 3-5 min walk to one of the parks and pools. Ideal location and property to fully enjoy Rosemary.

Great family trip

Took our first trip as a family of four and our first time to Rosemary beach and could not have been more pleased with our stay. We have two young children and the carriage house was perfectly equipped for them including an adorable bunk bed room, pack n play, and high chair. The location of this carriage house could not be beat. Would absolutely stay here again if we make it back to Rosemary!

Perfect family week

Last minute vacation

My husband and I planned a last minute trip to Rosemary Beach. I was pleasantly surprised to find this carriage house available. The location is perfect. We could walk to all the restaurants. The closeness to the beach was a huge bonus. The carriage was perfect!
