Unidad de lujo recientemente actualizada en Treasure Island Resort 3BR **** piso 19.

Nuevo para 2018, el propietario ha pintado y reemplazado todo el hardware. Nueva decoración y algunos muebles junto con nueva iluminación. Este Treasure Island del piso 19, 3 habitaciones, 2 baños tiene uno de los balcones envolventes más grandes con vista al océano de cualquier condominio en Panama City Beach.
Este condominio es probablemente el mejor de 3 habitaciones en todo el complejo.

Great Stay with Gorgeous Views and Easy Access!

We had a great week's stay at Treasure Island! The condo was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. Check-in was a breeze, and the management company communicated clearly throughout the process. The space was well-maintained, though a few minor details could’ve been a little cleaner. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Amazing view, very comfortable , my mother needed a step stool to get into bed. My only complaint is the floors were very dirty from day one. You could not walk in your socks without them getting black. We have stayed here before and this was the first time we have experienced the dirty floors

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was gorgeous, we enjoyed a beautiful view of the Gulf. The condo was located on the less busy side of Panama City, we didn't have bumper to bumper traffic if we stayed near our condo. It was spacious and we had everything we needed. Overall a great experience and we will be back!

Been staying at Treasure Island for many years. To us the Lower Grand Lagoon area can’t be beat. This unit did not disappoint and will consider it for future annual trips.

Birthday trip

There are not enough adjectives to describe how wonderful this rental property is. We have stayed at Treasure Island four times, and we absolutely love the complex and the general area much better than buildings further west. This was our first experience with a corner unit and hopefully not our last. The panoramic view was amazing, truly beyond words. The condo, itself, was spotless and all of the appliances, utilities, and extras were updated and in perfect working condition. This condo left us wanting or needing anything more.

Filthy!

The condo is beautiful and spacious but very dirty. Dust was on everything, sand was on entire floor and under the rugs, shards of glass were on one of the bedroom floors, drops of something brown were scattered throughout the living room floor. However, we still enjoyed our stay!

This is our second vacation here and we love the location

We had fun exploring the area and enjoyed the pool, hot tub and beach location. The one downside was all our windows were covered with plastic for painting. Not cool

Awesome!

The listing for this property seemed too good to be true at this price point. But it was even better than the pictures! We had a fabulous Christmas in this spectacular condo. Two tiny recommendations....I must have missed that only starting supplies would be provided. Doordash for that! The comforters on the beds were worn but we got more bedding when people were available on Monday. We checked in late Saturday.

Ruined my trip

I has this condo booked since February we were supposed to arrive April 17th. They call me 15 hours before my flight to tell me my condo isn’t available. I was so upset and angry because our other family had booked at the same place so we could vacation together well we had to go to a whole other condo because ours wasn’t available. Ruined our whole family trip

Trash under the couch and entertainment center. The dishwasher was full of dishes. The refrigerator had not been cleaned or wiped out.

At first glance the condo was perfect, but upon closer inspection there was food under the chairs and the mattress on the pull out couch was covered in black mildew. I called the rental company and they delivered a new air mattress the same day. They also sent the cleaning company back the next morning to clean again. After these issues were resolved we enjoyed our stay a lot. I also asked for a broom and mop set that they delivered with the air mattress. All issues I had were promptly addressed but it’s a little irritating to deal with these issues at all when you’re on vacation.

Disappointed

The condo would be nice if it were cleaner. Under the beds were filthy. Supposedly it had clean sheets but in one of the beds we found a vape pen. If the sheets had been clean then I don’t think we would have found that. 2 of the 3 mattresses were very uncomfortable. Base boards were very nasty and I had to clean the bathtub because it obviously had not been cleaned.the kitchen is not stocked well. The condo grounds were nice and the pool area was very nice. We enjoyed the area because it wasn’t as crowded. We just wished the condo had been cleaner and we would have given it a better rating.

Amazing location, needs a good clean and paint job

Pros: We stayed here the week of Thanksgiving and being right on the beach cannot be beat. The view from the balcony is incredible. We saw lots of shark, stingray and dolphins! Cons: It definitely could use a good deep cleaning. There was grime in the showers. All the baseboards were grimy as well. Several broken chairs and lights that didn’t work. The kitchen is not well stocked at all especially for a property this size. There were multiple pillows with no pillowcases. The whole place needs some paint as the walls have lots of stains. I would’ve expected a lot more for the price we paid.

Condo was nice but not clean, saw a cockroach in the kitchen, spiderwebs beside the bedside table in master bedroom with bugs/spiders in, and needs general maintenance. The hall bath door almost off hinges. The master bath shower was nice but had no safety handles anywhere. We ask in the office for a shower chair (as we had an amputee in our party) but couldn't get one, had to buy one! I don't know if they couldn't or wouldn't provide one. They provided very cheap armbands and expect you to keep them for your entire stay or you weren't allowed access to pool and beach areas! Upgrade your armbands! Mostly a nice stay.
