    The Space:

    This beautiful condo boasts spectacular views of the sugar-white sand of the emerald coast, all from the comfort of your private balcony. Start your morning off by soaking up sun rays at one of the two community resort pools and end your evening by preparing dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. Don't forget to take in the colors of sunset over the ocean! Whether it's relaxing poolside or strolling on the beach, this condo has everything needed to provide a memorable vacation for you and your family.



    Just steps away from the ocean and stunning white sand beaches, this condo is also centrally located near nightlife and entertainment. Take a short 0.4 mile walk to explore the bustle and shops of Pier Park or take a short drive to enjoy a delicious cocktail at the tropical bar.



    Guests may only use Tower 1 and Tower 2 amenities. There is a $60 parking/amenity fee that is charged for each vehicle up to 2 vehicle limit.

Great condo!

We really loved staying here. Clean and well stocked. Terrific location close to pier and lots of shops and restaurants at Pier Park. Great beach location and two pools available to use. We will definitely choose to stay here again!

Perfect Family Vacation

This was a fantastic location so close to Pier Park - an easy walk. Beach access was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and in working order. The kitchen was nicely stocked - coffee maker and Kurtis both available.

Great Location in PCB

This was my first time using VRBO and it couldn’t have been easier. Excellent customer service with emails and phone calls. The property was as pictured and described. This is a beautiful property with awesome views. Also, very convenient to Pier Park where there is plenty of dining and shopping options all within a short walk!

Unit 1806

This was a great unit setup for adults with teenagers. They were able to have their space and I was able to have mine. Bed in master bedroom was super comfortable! Location was in close proximity to everything we wanted to do. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Enjoyed the condo and beach. Found the kitchen tools were a bit lacking since I’m a chef. But otherwise ok. Also need to improve on parking pass instructions if you need more than one pass for the garage.

Excellent!!!!

The rental was absolutely beautiful and super clean. The photos were exactly the same as the condo. We dis nit want to go home and tried to book another few nights but it was already booked. We are alraady planning our next trip back and we arent even home yet!!!

Listing said "renovated ". Couch was very stained. One of the chairs in the LR was broken. Drain in kitchen sink had a big wad of hair in it. Balcony floor was very sticky, looked like someone had spilled a drink all over it. Ice maker did not work. When I messaged Vacasa I was told that was not an included amenity. Never had that happen in over 20 years of renting condos.

Beautiful View

This condo was great! Most amazing view, beautiful beach and great location for walking to restaurants. It’s spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Everything was pretty much perfect! I would give it 4.5 stars as for the price a few more amenities would have been nice such as beach towels, beach chairs, coffee filters, wine opener, dish cloth to clean dishes. It’s very basic as far as supplies. It’s clean though, which is important to me. The ice maker on the fridge didn’t work, but will say they were up within minutes with an ice maker so we didn’t have to continue purchasing ice.

Great Unit! Just bring your own kitchen items!

This unit was wonderful! It was mostly clean, some sand in the bed when we arrived but otherwise very clean! (I mean, it is the beach!) The kitchen has some gadgets and pots and pans but we were left short handed when cooking on more than one occasion. No cookie sheets, pizza pans, or pans for biscuits or cinnamon rolls. Also no pizza cutter. The location is amazing and the hosts communicate well! We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely rent this condo again, we will just come more prepared!

Clean but no extras

Nice place the only thing about this condo is there were no extra blankets. It said there was but none were found. There are no extras of anything. Limited stock options in kitchen. Only one dish towel.

Clean and efficient

Condo was clean and efficient. I wish the owners had left instructions on “how to” maneuver the TV system as well as instructions on how to “reset” the thermostat. Way to cold in unit during the day. Always reset itself to 70!! internet was always going down! Need a new provider.

They keep giving me the wrong phone number to call for parking pass. I should have had 2 parking passes, they only emailed me one. Could not get a hold of no one until Monday. I parked the car on the street

Fall Break

Condo layout was wonderful for our family. This is our second time staying at Calypso. Great location and walkable to everything you would need while on vacation. There were a few concerns upon arrival, there was sand and long dark hair in the mast bathroom. Master bathroom sink drain was broken and both showers held water. I feel that this should have been noticed and addressed by cleaning staff/maintenance prior to our arrival. As calling and making arrangements for repair took away from our vacation. Customer service and maintenance were amazing to work with and were very supportive.the ice maker did not work. A few items we needed this week that were not provided but would be great to add would be at least one more additional trash bag (only 1 provided), there NO extra blankets in the condo, muffin pan, pizza pan, pizza slicer, and a crock pot. We had friends in another condo who were able to share all of these items from their condo with us. Overall, it was a great stay!
