Great property, and location. Unit was clean and had all essentials. TV in living room went out we contacted the management team, they reached out to the owner and within a couple of hours a larger screen TV was delivered and installed. The management team was exceptional and quick response on all my correspondence. Would definitely recommend the unit and hope to stay there again myself soon.

Better Than Expected

Often times the pictures are nicer than the place, but in this case the condo was was nicer, cleaner, and roomier than the pictures. We were very pleased and would stay here again. Beds were comfy, couch was comfy, and they clearly take pride in cleanliness. About the only thing we could gripe about were the kitchen amenities. Only one kitchen trash bag is provided, no coffee filters, no basic perishable items like salt & pepper, etc. So plan to bring them or buy them. According to the notes provided, they are prohibited by policy from providing such perishable items. I think I policy change is warranted. That said, when I complained about having only one kitchen trash bag they promptly provided a few more "against policy", so I commend them for their customer service.

The best vacay

We have visited PCB for many years, and this by far was our favorite condo and facility. Loved the pools, location and atmosphere. Staff were friendly. Communication was great. The condo location and parking were perfect. So convenient and the size was amazing. Everything was great! We felt safe with our children going out and enjoying themselves. This will be our choice again next year!

Amazing property, super clean and great management!

This property was 11 out of 10! I would not change one single thing about this property or the management company! The condo is decorated to perfection, the parking spot is perfect, the condo is right on the beach, the cleaning crew for this unit is top notch, the location in PCB is great, it is a safe place and I could just move in today and live here the rest of my life! This is the second time staying in this building, with this management team, and they are amazing. There was a fire in our building the day we arrived (which apparently never happens because it was the talk of the town everywhere we went). We arrived in PCB to a text alerting us of the situation and they were very prompt in getting us info and answering our questions. We went to dinner and by the time we were done we were given the all clear to enter the building. They were on top of everything! I can not say enough good things about this condo, the unit itself, the building, the location, the management team and the cleaning team!

Beautiful condo, amazing beach, balcony is the best we have had.

It looks good in pictures, but it is way better in person. Beautifully decorated. Loved the balcony. The windows make the place. Waking up every morning to one of the best views we have ever had on vacation was my favorite. Daily beach chairs were an added bonus and there were plenty to go around. Never had to wait for an elevator.The area is a little less congested that it is in. (Which we loved.) But you can still walk to plenty of restaurants, mini golf, a couple surf shops. This complex is great we will never stay at another when going to PCB.

Very comfortable condo conveniently located to many things

We rented this condo at Gulf Crest for several days after Christmas. We had 5 family members total, and the condo had room to handle us all with space to spare. The resort has a hot tub and heated pool that made using them much more enjoyable in December. We would definitely consider rebooking this condo in the future. We enjoyed it very much. The only issue we encountered was trying to check in and obtain parking passes. It is all handled on a computer in an unmanned lobby. There was an issue with the printer and we could not get our parking passes printed until the next day, but the problem was resolved without incident.

Amazing Condo

The condo was amazing. Great view. Very clean and had everything we needed. Elevator’s were very quick. Staff that worked there were very kind. The condo was Very nicely decorated. Would definitely stay here again. There is NOTHING bad that I can say about this location or condo.

Emaculate condo with a stunning view

The condo was beautifully and tastefully decorated. It was immaculate with a very large deck, and everything you needed to feel at home. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, as was the furniture. We had no issues and will rebook if we're ever back in PCB.

Bring you some washcloth, toilet paper, paper towels. The air conditioning seem like it wouldn’t really cooling off very good. We request certain chair location, and every time we were told that they were taken they put us on the second row. The condo was clean and it was in a good location. We enjoyed our stay. The week that we stay July 4 week I would recommend not to have children there during that week loud music and some wow people.

Best Vacation

This place is better than the pictures. View is amazing as soon as you open the front door. Very clean and updated with everything you would need. Great communication with the host and helped answer all of our questions quickly. Location is great and we did not want to leave. Can’t beat that balcony view!

Best visit yet

We have been to PCB and stayed at Gulf Crest before, but none of the units compared to this one. Not only was it all updated and comfortable, the booking was so easy. They gave me suggestions for a photographer, allowed me to send things ahead of our visit and we’re always so prompt and friendly to reply. We will definitely be renting this unit again!
