Everything was excellent. The treats when we got there were a godsend after our long drive. The only minor issue was the ability to cook food in the room. Everything that was available to cook with was described in the listing, so it was no shock. The price of the food in town, due to the beach tax, caused us to want to cook, but we were limited. We decided to get pizza and that lasted our whole trip and the microwave was perfect for it. Overall, if there was a stove, it would be 10/10. But I would give it a 9.75/10

Incredible stay at Seacrest Beach at this condo! Loved EVERYTHING about it! The host(s) were gracious and were able to change our travel plans to add up to 5 days extra both on the front end and the back end of our stay! The condo is beautiful and a wonderful location from 30A beaches! We will be doing it again!

Mom/daughter get away

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was just as described and Ray went above and beyond to have gluten free snacks for my daughter to enjoy when we arrived. The location was on the west end of the Rosemary Beach area, closer to Alys beach so nice and quiet at night and not so busy! We rode the bikes several times each day-the baskets and locks were great to stop at places along our ride! The location is also a great walking distance to restaurants, shops and evening entertainment. We enjoyed listening to music and having ice cream at the little area about a block down toward Rosemary beach. The pool was clean and refreshing! The beach access was more of a walk (maybe 2 blocks) and the beach was quite busy. I did not look into renting a beach umbrella/chair set from the beach location but the chairs and umbrella in the unit worked well! Overall it was a wonderful visit and 30A is a fun place to visit! Thanks for all you did to make our stay so pleasant!

Love!

I booked this condo for my boyfriend and me for his birthday. We absolutely loved our stay. It was very clean, and they even gave us cookies. There was a slight miscommunication as we were on the way to the condo, but it was not bothersome to me at all. They felt bad and got me a gift. It was the sweatiest thing. I would stay here again. It was small but perfect for a couple.

Sunny getaway from snow!

Condo was very nice and the concierge was always helpful, ASAP response. Great area for walking, biking, and beach access. Beach chairs have seen a better day; bring your own.Very nice upscale area, always felt safe at night walking.
