We had the best time at the Sunbird 1204 Penthouse! So comfortable/cozy/ romantic! Loved the living room and view even from the couch, lol! Loved the panoramic view from the balcony as well! Had a blast walking down to Pineapple Willys for lunch and a drink... then right back to our beach chairs! Also, owner went above and beyond to make sure we were accomidated and very responsive! We thoroughly enjoyed this unit and will definitely be back! Thanks again, Richard!

This tastefully decorated penthouse was immaculately clean and well stocked with kitchen essentials and basics. We enjoyed a fabulous coffee grind provided by our host who was always easy to reach and very accommodating. The beach view was amazing and we loved ever sunrise and sunset here. It’s close to everything and of course we love Pineapple Willys which is just steps away. We will certainly be back !! This is a wonderful condo and the host was so kind.

The views were everything we had hoped for. The condo was equipped with everything we needed with exception that it would have been nice to have an oven but we were able to fix everything we wanted right there. The host is very responsive. We will definitely remember this for our next stay in PCB

Almost Heaven

We had a very nice fortnight in this gem with a view. It perches on the twelfth floor with commanding views of the beach east and west. The living room is large and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped, with every appliance needful and an enormous refrigerator. The host was very communicable and available, with suggestions for dining out. --And did I mention the views?!That said, the reasons we give a rating of four and not five are these: There is very limited storage, both in the small bedroom, where there is no dresser and only a rather small closet (we partially lived out of our suitcases), and in the narrow kitchen, where there is no cabinet space for food (we had to put our supplies on the small counter). It would be difficult for complicated cooking, and only one person could contribute. We occasionally blew a fuse with too many appliances in use, and we had trouble adjusting the thermostat for heat.In sum: A very nice place indeed, with superb views. But it could be even better.

A unique experience my wife and I had a great time the penhouse in excellent condition and extremely clean as in the photos. also very close to the pineapple :) excellent piña coladas I highly recommend it and the view towards the sea is fantastic!

Wonderful Condo

We really loved our stay at this condo in Panama City. Communication with the owner was outstanding. He even recommended some great places for us to eat. Everything was very neat and clean, which is A+ for me. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful

This condo is the best on Panama city beach. The balcony view is stunning. Very private . The Host Richard makes you feel like family. They go above and beyond provided a welcome basket with goodies. Had enough toilet paper. Paper towels. Dishwasher detergent . Trash bags. Basically you didnt even have to use your own. Ive never stayed anywhere where the owners have put so much thoughtfulness into your rest and comfort. I highly recommend this condo.

Perfect getaway

We had a great time during our stay. The condo had everything we needed. It had a great view of ocean. Very clean. The owner made sure we enjoyed our stay and was readily available if we needed anything. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful Condo with Fabulous Views

Really enjoyed our stay between the comfortable couch, bed and the patio it was wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked, found everything we needed. The view was fabulous great sunsets. Definitely would stay here again if we ever come back to Panama City Beach. Great communication with owner who left us the most delicious coffee fro their own coffee grove.

Sunbird penthouse

The apartment was immaculately clean and we were really grateful for the generous supply of towels and kitchen essentials. We are English and so the absence of a kettle seemed unusual, but we just used a pan on the hob. The 4 stars for the location should really be a 4.5; we just weren’t huge fans of the giant surrounding blocks. But Sunbird itself was great with fantastic ocean views. And the fact that the beach runs east-west means it doesn’t suffer from being cast into the shade (by the tower blocks) for much of the day. The AC worked well but was a little noisy. And we really loved the entry code system - so much easier than old fashioned keys and fobs. And the beach was phenomenal - especially as it is a dog free zone and we were able to walk on the sand all the way round to St Andrews State Park. Brilliant! Thank you, Richard, for a fantastic base for our winter sun trip.

Great Penthouse

This place is exactly as advertised. We could walk most places. The condo was clean and the views were phenomenal. The host was very friendly and responsive. Definitely recommend!!

Nice little getaway with stunning views of the ocean, full kitchen for morning coffee & breakfast!

This is perfect little getaway on the beach, view was spectacular, couldn't get it enough, enjoyed the coffee on balcony while watching the waves, also kitchen was fully equipped with ease to prepare your quick breakfast and then enjoying eating it with a view of the beach and ocean from the room. Also, owner was nice to provide beach chair for our stay. Overall, great stay for couples getaway. Thanks!

Fantastic view!! Romantic.

Condo was clean and well appointed. Best views! Great pool and beach access was perfect. Beach setup was a huge plus. Never had access to a cart but luckily we pack pretty light so only a few trips to the car. Construction on adjacent condo was not a problem. They didn’t start till 8am and we were up before that.

Perfect romantic getaway

Owner was easily reachable and responded quickly. Incredible view,right on the beach. Although it was stated construction was going on at these condos,we never heard any of it! They had completed work on this side &moved to a completely different area. Gate worker remembered us from the very 1st day &always had the gate open &ready when he saw us approaching. Owner arranged to have coffee for us,informed us of new places to visit,quickly answered any questions etc just a WONDERFUL host! We will definitely be back very soon! It was so hard to leave this incredible get away.
