Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy: 4 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

This cozy ground-floor condo includes essential conveniences for a beach stay, including a compact kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave, a ceiling fan, and wall-mounted air conditioning. Step outside to enjoy the community pool, hot tub, and direct Gulf access just beyond your patio. Enjoy the nostalgic Old-Florida atmosphere, walk to local dining favorites like Shuckums, and easily reach Pier Park for shopping, dining, and events. Parking:

Free on-site parking for up to one car per reserved unit is available at Ambassador Condominiums on a first-come, first-served basis. Spots are uncovered and unassigned. Please note that oversized vehicles and trailers are not permitted.

Ambassador Condominiums are located in the Open Sands neighborhood of Panama City Beach—a prime Gulf-front area just east of Pier Park. This low-density, coastal community features a blend of classic beach cottages and low-rise condos, offering guests a more nostalgic, laid-back version of PCB without sacrificing location.

Ambassador is a Gulf-front complex with direct beach access, a community pool, hot tub, and BBQ grilling area. Its unbeatable location puts you within walking distance of Pier Park, Russell-Fields Pier, and a variety of beachfront restaurants, bars, and local shops. Whether you're looking to unwind with ocean views, walk to dinner and entertainment, or simply enjoy a quieter stretch of Panama City Beach, Ambassador offers the perfect home base.

Other details to note:

Please return the key to the unit prior to departure. If the key is missing, the guest will be charged $100 to cover the cost of replacing the key.

Please note that the wooden chairs provided in the unit are for indoor use only. Indoor furniture is not designed for outdoor use and may warp or become damaged if exposed to sun, rain, or moisture. Guests are asked to keep these chairs inside to ensure they remain in good condition for everyone's enjoyment. Any damage caused by outdoor use or misuse will be charged to the guest.

Please dispose of all waste in the designated on-site dumpster. All garbage should be securely bagged before placed in the bin.

This unit does not have in-room laundry. Shared laundry facilities are located on the 3rd floor of the building. Coin or card-operated community machines. Guests are responsible for providing detergent and supplies. Availability is first-come, first-served.

A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes' policies else face fees and/or eviction.

Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
