Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Perched on the 19th floor of Shores of Panama, Sea Me Shine 1904 is a thoughtfully upgraded Gulf-front condo designed for comfort, functionality, and style. The open-concept layout flows effortlessly from a renovated kitchen with granite countertops and high-end cabinetry to a bright and airy living area that opens onto a private balcony. Enjoy stunning sunset views from not one, but two Gulf-facing master suites—both with ensuite bathrooms. The all-tile flooring, brand-new LG washer and dryer, and solid furniture throughout elevate the experience for every guest.
This 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation rental features:
Master Bedroom and Bathroom: King bed, large window with unobstructed view of the Gulf, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo
Primary Guest Bedroom and 2nd Bathroom: Queen bed, large window with unobstructed view of the Gulf, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo
3rd “Bedroom” (no closet) and 3rd Bathroom: Twin-over-twin bunk beds, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower
Common Area Sleeping Arrangements: Queen sleeper sofa in the living room plus Smart TV
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 8 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Whether you're lounging on the balcony, prepping a meal in the standout kitchen, or winding down with your favorite show on the smart TVs, you'll find everything you need for a relaxing coastal escape. The unit includes a dedicated laundry space with a brand-new LG washer and dryer, central air conditioning, high-speed internet, and cable TV. The two Gulf-front bedrooms make it easy to wake up to unbeatable views of the sparkling water, and the private bunk room adds a flexible third sleeping space. Whether you're planning a short getaway or an extended vacation, this unit delivers both the comfort of home and the perks of a luxury beach resort.
Parking:
Required Guest Registration: All guests must pre-register online to purchase your parking pass(es) and amenity wristbands (RFID). After booking, we'll send you a unit-specific registration link. Upon arrival, you must stop by the onsite concierge upon arrival to pick up your packet. Resort Fees vary by unit size and currently cost $75-$115.
You may purchase only one parking pass for this unit. If you have more than 1 vehicle, you will need to park off-site (details below).

Onsite Parking Details Use the main entrance portico when you arrive. Display your QR code to pick up your amenity packet and parking pass. Garage height limit: 6'10” – Low clearance and tight turns. Oversized vehicles (over 6'7”) may use ground-level oversized parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Display your parking pass on the dashboard at all times.
Additional Parking Notes Motorcycles: Park in the 15-minute zone near the main entrance. Small trailers: Allowed only on the 12th floor of the garage. Security: Property Patrol keeps motorcycles centralized for added safety. Contact them for onsite parking issues.
Offsite Parking Options If you're bringing an additional vehicle, you'll need to park any additional vehicles in public beach lots nearby. The closest is Ripley's Believe It or Not public lot, just around the corner. There are 3 more public parking locations we will share with booking guests. Use the Passport Parking App to pay and manage your parking: you may download via App Store or Google Play or simply visit passportparking's website. For questions about city lots, contact Public Works.

Shores of Panama is a 23-story Gulf-front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach and, as its name suggests, perfectly situated right on the beach. This resort is renowned for its nearly 500 linear feet of stunning, white-sand coastline. Shores of Panama features a 14,000 sq. ft. lagoon-style pool, an indoor heated pool with hot tub, modern fitness center, 2 poolside tiki bars, and more.
Oceanfront views await you as well as limitless amazing activities, including nearby shopping and dining. Your private balcony is ideal for sipping a sunset cocktail before heading out to one of the many restaurants in the area.
While staying at the Shores of Panama, you'll be minutes away from everything you could need! You'll have access to beachside activities, watersports, and onsite beach chair/umbrella rentals. Wal-Mart is across the street, and you are about a mile away from Pier Park, Panama City Beach's premier shopping and dining area. You are steps away from Pineapple Willy's Beachfront Bar as well as Ripley's Museum. You'll be across the street from the new 810 Billiard and Bowling complex - with sports simulators, Krazy Darts, axe throwing, an arcade, a restaurant/bar and a Mean Mugs milkshake bar and many other dining, entertainment and shopping options. Like to golf? Signal Hill Golf Course is very close by. For the less serious golfer, there are multiple places to play miniature golf in the area.
Also, there is now a poolside food hut and 1 poolside tiki bar! The food hut offers shrimp boil, pizza, salads, sandwiches, and kids' meals. There is also an inside coffee/donut/ice cream shop in the lobby area. There are poolside lockers for guests to purchase for storing valuables when swimming.
Other details to note:
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, there is an external security camera located at this vacation rental (a ring doorbell next to the front entry door).
The trash chute is conveniently located next to the stairwell, near the elevator on the same floor and side of the building.
A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes' policies else face fees and/or eviction.
Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

Everything was awesome. But if I left you a recommendation of what is needed, I would suggest that there needs to be a broom left in the room to help keep the sand to a minimum. Also, we would’ve liked a full length mirror for reasons I’m sure you understand. Our stay was awesome though!! Thanks for hosting us!!
