Great location.

Nice, clean condo. Loved the oceanfront bedrooms. Beach not crowded. No wait for elevators. Short walk to restaurants, shopping.

Quiet Beach Getaway

The view from the condo is second to none, and we enjoyed our stay! The check-in process was easy, communication with the host was prompt, and the location of the condo on the quieter, west end of Panama City was perfect. We will stay here next time we’re in the area!

The best stay we’ve ever had in PCB!

801 was absolutely a gorgeous setting. The beach was quite and a family inviting atmosphere! Definitely recommend!

Awesome Stay

The condo was just as described. It was clean and well taken care of. We had all we needed for a fun week at the beach. Loved the balcony and chairs. The beach chairs were a wonderful perk and the beach guys were friendly and hard working! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Our 14th August visit

Overall, the property had everything that we needed for our stay. We would consider this property again in the future and will soon start planning for our 15th trip next summer. We will be rooting for slightly cooler Temperatures next summer. 95 plus with the heat index in the 110-range everyday was our hottest visit ever to PCB. Great views. Great space, Great time.

Our first time to PCB and we look forward to returning! Seachase was the best location to enjoy our time there, close to necessary food shopping and a quick drive to Pier Park. Extremely thankful to Courtney and Crystal in the Southern Coast Vacation Rentals office for their help and advice. We look forward to seeing you again next year!

Family trip

Wonderful location and views but had to give overall 3 stars due to issues such as cleanliness, elevator issues(two days of extreme stair-climbing), and the fact that the sliding doors to balcony from guest bedroom would barely close and lock and the sliding door in living area has NO lock allowing children to open. Major safety issue!

The mattresses are old and uncomfortable. I think the owner has severally gave up on the unit... Everything needs to be updated for a good stay. We found empty water bottles under the bed. Not all electrical outlets worked. ☹️

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place, staff was very quick at responding perfect to getting to the beach fast and easy. Gates going to the beach and coming back from beach was hard to get the code to work. Parking passes are a must! I have tinted windows and for some odd reason I got a warning twice!!! With it being bike week we were on the other side of PCB when a buddy called me saying i had a warning on my vehicle, I called the office and she handled it perfectly and got it all straightened out! Seems like the HOA has gotten worse at this location in the past few year of staying here.but over all most definitely would go back to this location any day. Again the Staff of the office are amazing
