When I checked in on Saturday, there was water on ffloor in Kitchen. Freezer was frozen shut. The ice maker had leaked and freezer was a solid chunk of ice that continued tto melt onto the floor for the next 3 days. I callled the management company. They sent someone out the next day. She took a pic and left extra towels. Someone came out the next day, took picturre and let. The washer also leaked onto the floor, and I had to clean that up as well. I was never offered a different room or a reffund and will be disputing charges with my credit card company. The smell in that unit was horrible. I have movved to a different condo in the same building for the rest of the week. You should be ashamed of yourself for expecting me to stay in and pay for such a horrible unit. Both the managment company and tthe Shores of Panama took photos.
