Great place to stay

Great place to stay. Right on beach. Very clean. Only issues was the TVs in the bedrooms never would connect. Internet connection was weak. Other then that it was wonderful.

It’s worth it!

Great Condo! Looks just like the pics. Check in was easy. The ELEVATORS are an absolute terror. The place was huge. Parking and going back and forth from the room the the car was difficult. The dryer didn’t work that great and I couldn’t get the coffee maker to brew. Other than that the place was clean and decorated nice. Plenty of space and had everything you needed!

We really enjoyed the condo with one issue. We had teenagers with us who slept on bunks, and the TV where the bunks are didn't work. As we all know teenagers love their TV. Room was greas but property elevator is hell. We waisted so much time waiting on elevator and we stayed on 17th floor, most of the time we had to go up or down 17 flights of stairs. Other then that we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you to the host.

Shores of Panama 1708

The room is extremely clean and has everything you need. It is decorated very nice and the bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. My only two complaints are the elevator and parking deck. This is a 23 story condo and the wait for the elevator is extremely long. One of the elevators was shut down due to work being done on the roof. The parking deck is the poorest design I have ever seen. There is not enough room for two cars to pass. I will never stay at this condo again just because of the elevators and parking deck. Too bad because the room and amenities on property are excellent!

Spring break get away

The condo was decorated very nice. There was enough essentials to cook if needed. However, the towels were put away wet from the cleaning staff. The top bunk bed is very unsafe we could not even use the top bed which made things more challenging. The side rail doesn’t even go above the mattress.

Very cute condo.

Loved the condo. Decorated SO cute. Kitchen well equipped and beds very comfortable. Had an issue with the dishwasher - door would not always latch because the unit was not secured to the cabinet. A maintenance man said he put in a work order to have it fixed so I’m sure it will be fine. All in all it was a great location and nice view of the gulf from the balcony. Spring break week ( first week of April ) was crazy.

Quick access to the beach if the elevators are taken out of the equation

The elevators will take up a lot of your time coming and going. This unit’s washer will not spin items so you will have to ring out items yourself before putting in the dryer. If you plan on cooking meals bring your own pots/pans. Only a few there and the Teflon is ruined so cleaning up is a mess. It did not bother us because we are younger with teenagers, but the whole condominium parties until 10-11pm on their balconies as well as the pool area. But if you’re looking to sit peacefully outside and hear the ocean this is not your place to stay.

Spring break crowd was rough, BUT

1708 is a quaint little condo to stay in for a small group and is perfectly located for everything there is to do in PCB! Will definitely be returning at a time other than spring break ;^)

Was nice

Was good. Nice place. Didn't realize I had to pay $60.00 to park. Bed wasn't so comfortable though. Had head board but bed was held up on wooden 2x4 literally.

Great location and great little place

I am very into reviews, so I'll be 100% honest. Positives about this place: on the corner of Thomas and Front Beach, right across from Walmart, and a Waffle House and gas station almost IN the parking lot. If you are coming when it's busy, this is a great place to stay because you would rarely have to leave the condo unless you are going out. Traffic can be a nightmare, so this is an amazing location. Pineapple Willy's is literally next door, so if you want to go out to eat, you don't have to drive. It is a short walk to the water and there are no steep dunes to get down to the water. This is important for me because I am heavyset and SHORT. It matters! There's a bar at the pool and the hot tub is huge. We didn't have any issues with the elevator, but we are off season visiting right now. No parking issues really, but I could see it being a nightmare during spring break. I would probably just not leave if I could. Inside was great. We didn't use the kitchen, but it has everything. The balcony has an amazing view. Extra everything was provided. I've never had anywhere do that. It was amazing!!! The ONLY thing I did not like was that there is no carpet or rugs. All the sand wasn't up from the last guests and we dragged in our own fair amount. By the time we left, we were having to wipe our feet off really good before we got into bed. With kids, this can get aggravating quick, so adding a couple of rugs at least by the beds would be my only suggestion. We were super happy with this place, so we will definitely considering staying here again.

Great beach trip

Beautiful beach, very nice pool, room large, clean and comfortable. Had a very nice stay. Our only issues were with the complex itself, parking is a quite difficult and slow process and the elevators are a near constant frustration, at least half too few with frequent 10 to 15 min waits and having to break our party of 4 up do to limited space when they do come, crowded, hot, slow and occasionally broken down. My wife preferred taking 17 flights of steps to riding when not encumbered by luggage. Otherwise would be 5 stars.

Enjoyed Our Stay

We had an excellent experience. The condo was clean and was properly stocked. The owner was thoughtful enough to have extra supplies on hand. The check-in and check-out process was extremely easy. The only thing we didn’t have was the garage code. You have to be careful going around corners in the parking garage especially with large vehicles.

Dirty Beach and no WiFi.

The beach was littered with trash every morning. All the beach trash can where not emptied. Elevators were broke most of the time. Fire alarm was pulled a couple times a day. WiFi didn’t work.

Resort needs new management

Let me preface this with the condo that we stayed in was perfect, the resort itself needs improvements. The elevators would not stop at the floor we were staying and we would have to go to the next highest floor and walk down the steps to get to our room. Another guest notified management who responded with no knowledge of issues. The wait for an elevator could be 15 mins (we were on the 17th floor with a child, so taking the stairs was not possible) if they were working. Forget walking on the beach after 10pm, the police have issued the beach closed for a mile where this resort is located because of crime (I spoke to an officer). I would not recommend this resort until they address the elevator issues.

This condo is amazing and so comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was with wifi. Our cell service was terrible in FL (Sprint) and we couldn't get wifi to work all the time. I still gave 5 stars because the condo made up for the wifi. This is one of the nicest condos we've stayed at in PC. I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you for sharing your condo with our family.
