The perfect spot in Seacrest Beach!

We had such a great stay in Seacrest Beach. The location was amazing. We were within walking distance to the beach, so many restaurants, and shops! When we walked in, the house was clean, cool, and exactly as the pictures! We will definitely be staying here again and would highly recommend to our friends!

BEST!!!

Very nice house, Spacious bedrooms, everything is very new and clean, 5 minute walk to the beach, absolutely no complaints! Will definitely be staying in this house again in the future. Hosts are very helpful and responsive. 10/10 stay!

Me and my family loved this vacation home. Property was very clean and in a great location. I loved that the home came with a lot of cooking utensils, so we didn’t have to go out and buy many item. Property management responded quickly to all our questions. We would stay here again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Southern Shores. It's such a beautiful home inside and out. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen having everything we needed. We had so much fun walking/bike riding to the nearby shops and Starbucks. But, most importantly we loved its location to beach. We will definitely be back to this house.

Fall Break Paradise

Everything was perfect about our stay. Will for sure be coming back to Southern Shores. Communication with property manager was amazing. Questions / concerns were answered immediately. A great place for our teens as well. Thank you for making our fall break memorable!

30a beach girls rental review

Responsive host. This worked well for our extended family gathering. The host was responsive when any incidental issues arose, they also provided a free bonfire with our reservation. We very much enjoyed that. Would rent again.

We enjoyed this location and service very much. Bikes were ridden daily. all aspects of the home were comfortable and clean. The free bonfire was enjoyed by everyone in our group. Great idea and add on. We would very much consider returning. Linda & Scott

Exceptional stay with 30a beach girls

My group of girls stayed here for a bachelorette party. The place was even more beautiful and had more space than the pictures depicted! 30A girls were super helpful and always very responsive. They gave lots of easy instructions to follow for getting around and thjngs to do. This is a great location being 2 mins walking to the pool and next to a beach tram stop. Definitely will be coming back and using this company again! Seriously appreciate y'all's help!! I'm telling my fam to use 30A girls site when finding a house for next summer. Can't wait to stay here again!

A few broken items and mold smell on top floor

One of the bikes is broken. Only one burner of the grill works and does not heat enough to grill. The entire top floor smells like mold and is musty. You cannot just drive or bike to the pool. You have to walk there, check in, and get wristbands. They also make the children get out of the pool the last ten minutes of every hour. They won’t even allow footballs. The house is nice other than these issues, though.

Excellent!

This was our first stay at Southern Shores, and we will definitely stay again. Beautiful house and decor. Everything was so nice. Had a view of the gulf from the top balcony, and a nice balcony on the back, for laying out. Also, a nice large outdoor area to hang out, with a gas grill. It has a private outdoor shower, but it was too cold outside for us to use. Will definitely give it a try, when we go back this summer. 4 bikes were included with the house, which was very nice, as riding bikes is one of our favorite things to do. But the best part was the location. It's right at the front of Seacrest Beach, so it was a very short walk to the beach. There is a free, neighborhood shuttle service to the beach, but we never used it, because it was faster to walk, since the house is right up front. We have stayed in Seacrest Beach many times, but first stay at Southern Shores. We will definitely be back!
