Designed to comfortably host up to 4 guests, the space features two plush queen beds, stylish luxury vinyl plank flooring, sleek granite countertops, and a stunning, newly updated walk-in tile shower.

    Forget hauling heavy gear down to the sand. Your stay includes FREE daily beach chair and umbrella service (available seasonally, March–October)—just grab a small bag and walk straight out to the pristine white shoreline.

    Stunning Views: Enjoy expansive, floor-to-ceiling window views overlooking the resort pool and the sparkling Gulf. While there is no private balcony, a massive communal balcony with comfortable seating is just three doors down the hall.

    Top of the Gulf offers a quieter, less crowded experience than traditional high-rise resorts, featuring just 199 units. Guests enjoy access to a large resort pool, a dedicated toddler pool, an onsite snack and drink shack, an outdoor grilling area, shuffleboard, a fitness center, and a newly remodeled indoor game room.

We had a great trip and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment. The unit was clean and has a wonderful ocean view. Conveniently located to many attractions, restaurants, and the host communication was first class. We can't wait to return and will definitely book this property again.

Great place for our family of 4. Outside of all the hustle and bustle so it’s a lot quieter and less crowded on the beach. But close enough to drive and get dinner.

Our stay was perfect! Megan is an awesome host! Communication was second to none. Her place at Top of the Gulf was clean, updated and the view is incredible! The beach and the sunsets!!! Weather was perfect for our stay! We will be back!

Perfect accommodations for a stay at the beach!

The unit was exactly as pictured, meticulously clean and had a wonderful beach themed decor. Beautiful views of the beach from the unit. We would certainly book here again and highly recommend others to do so as well.

Extended Stay

The condo is perfect, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The new shower is nice and relaxing as well. The location is wonderful, close to any and everything you need. Staff is friendly and nice. I enjoyed my time, booked again for next season.

Amazing Florida Vacation

We had a fantastic time while staying at the Top of the Gulf. Megan supplied everything we needed. The guest book you put together was awesome. We ate at some of the best restaurants. With easy access to the beach, we enjoyed going everyday.we would highly recommend this spot for vacation.

The cutest unit!

My husband and I stayed in the unit for my 40th birthday! It was exactly like pictured and everything was perfect! I would definitely stay in the unit again and can’t wait to come back! The beds were also really comfortable!! Thank you!

The condo was fantastic!! Cute and clean. Just the perfect size. :)

The condo was great. Fantastic view of the ocean. I took my two teenage daughters with me and we stayed for 4 nights. We slept with the windows open to hear the ocean waves. It was sooo great. We will definitely be back!!

Second stay, love it

Megan is a great host. Condo is in a great location. Had a small housekeeping issue but as soon as I brought it to Megan's attention it got taken care of. Love the decor. Binder filled with helpful information is a great touch. The included beach chairs & umbrella are a great addition. Only suggestion I have is to add a couple beach towels. But overall, everything was perfect!

Just what is needed for a beach vacation!

Starfish Studio is an absolute dream for a beach getaway for a small family. My husband, two young children, and I had everything necessary for a comfortable vacation. The beds were cozy. The kitchen had all the basics needed for our breakfasts and lunches. The bathroom was beautifully decorated and had ample room for all of our toiletries. There were plenty of extension cords, which helped keep our devices charged and ready. One of the adults and both kids would cuddle up in front of the window and watch the morning storms from our room, wrapped in a blanket. Truly a very nice stay! Wish we didn’t have to leave!

Very Clean and updated

Megan Hicks was very easy to work with and fast to respond to any questions. My mother passed away and her funeral was during the time of my original booked trip. I was not able to go on my original booked trip. Megan did work with me to reschedule, but the price was almost doubled of what I had originally paid. I understood that only available dates were in prime season so price was higher, but it was much higher. It was either pay the difference or lose what we had already paid. I I am grateful that she did work with me and I didn’t lose my money. Very nice condo, beautifully decorated. Place is very small, but is a good size for 2 people. Only downfall is that it does not have a balcony. I would stay here again.
