Excellent location. Clean and open layout. Renting process was flawless. Highly recommend for big families. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. 100% would recommend! Very clean. Had your own parking. Close to the beach (just across the street).

Great family vacation!

Everything was excellent. Place was as described with everything amenity we could want! The beds were comfortable and the house was very cute and cozy felt like we were right at home.All questions and concerns were addressed quickly with full satisfaction. We had such a great time making memories at the beach, pool, riding the golf cart, and celebrating Easter. Can't wait to come back soon!

5 Star Excellent Stay

Place was better than expected and so was the property! My kids loved the golf cart. The pool right behind the house was so warm on the cooler days of the week we were there at the end of March. There were 3 body boards to use at the beach along with a umbrella that could be used and some sand toys.

Can’t wait to go back!

It was amazing! First time to PCB since I was a teenager. We had a great place, location, and weather. We discovered pickleball and it is now going to be a fun family connection. I loved the pool on the beach and the restaurant was soooo good! We visited St. Andrews state park which was one of our favorite days. Oh, I can’t leave out the oyster restaurant right outside of the complex! Soooooooo amazing!! We needed this vacation as a family and it was perfect!

Wonderful!!!!

BOOK THIS CONDO!! We had the best stay from start to finish! Beautiful place, close to everything. Loved having the golf cart to go back and forth to the beach. Also loved having all the amenities on site. No need to pack beach chairs as they have a couple in the condo as well as an umbrella and other beach toys. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be back! Thank you for everything!!

Great unit

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the rude and unprofessional guard at the entrance gate. The unit itself was fantastic and great location to the pool for handicap guests with walking limitations. The younger men working at the gate were very helpful. However, there was one older gentleman that was very rude and ugly speaking every time we had encounters with him.

Good stay

Gas went out on water heater so no hot water for a day had to relight pilot light myself after maintanence came late in the day, clothes in dryer from other people don't think sheets were washed, and bathrooms were pretty nasty a lagoon pool. Other than that great stay. I can send photos if needed

We absolutely loved our recent stay here. It comes fully stocked with most things that you can think of including beach chairs and boards and umbrellas, etc. Having the golf cart was an absolute plus to get to the short jaunt to the beach and haul all the supplies. The neighborhood was quiet. The pools were great and I just couldn’t ask for anything more for our family of four. We stayed with two children ages 12 and 11 and they 100% agreed that it was one of the best vacations we had and staying at this rental made that possible. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and a lot of rental places and I have no hesitation in recommending this place. My only critique and it is minor is that the place is 100% renovated except for the bathroom off of what I consider the master. However, it was extremely adequate and I had no issues with it.

Clean and perfectly located near pool

Very clean and all amenities were there that were listed. One room with balcony AC didn’t work. There was a block on the thermostat? Back sitting area had an over grown palm that impeded the patio area. We Would not BBQ due to a fire hazard with the Palm. Beds were soooo comfortable and the golf cart needed a little charge but sure came in handy when going to the private access to the beach. Good information in the guest book and that is always appreciated.
