Enjoy resort amenities, beach access, and a prime location next to Pineapple Willy's.

    Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

    About the Vacation Rental Unit:

    This beautifully updated 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental offers one of the most desirable layouts at Shores of Panama. Located in the highly coveted “02 stack,” on the quieter west side of the resort, this condo is tucked away from the heavier traffic often found on the east side of the building. Its unique floorplan includes an extra bump-out that creates an elevated panoramic feel, giving guests a perfect place to take in the surrounding scenery and Gulf views.

    Inside, the unit has been thoughtfully remodeled with all new flooring, updated decor, modern appliances, and comfortable furnishings throughout. With almost 1000 square feet, this is one of the largest 1-bedroom floorplans in the resort, giving guests extra room to spread out and relax. The open-concept layout makes it easy to enjoy time together, whether you are preparing meals, lounging after a beach day, or winding down in the evening. Its location near Long Beach and close proximity to the parking garage also adds extra convenience for arrivals, departures, and daily outings.

    This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental features:

    Master Bathroom: Shower and tub combo
    Guest Bathroom: Shower only
    Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

    Guests will appreciate the thoughtful details that make this condo stand out from other one-bedroom layouts in the area. The spacious design offers a more open and comfortable feel than many comparable beachfront units, making it ideal for small families, couples, or a friends' getaway. The bunk area provides added sleeping flexibility without taking away from the comfort of the main bedroom, and having two full bathrooms is a major convenience for getting ready after a day at the beach or pool.

    This condo is also especially appealing for guests who prefer easier access in and out of the building. It is very close to the parking garage, making unloading and settling in much simpler. Guests can drive up to level 12 of the garage, and depending on the exact route, may only need to take one flight of stairs if they prefer to avoid elevators. Combined with its beautifully refreshed interior, quiet west-side location, and access to Shores of Panama's sought-after amenities, this vacation rental offers a memorable and comfortable beach experience in the heart of Panama City Beach.

    Parking:

    Your parking pass and amenity packets (including your RFID wristbands) must be purchased through an online preregistration process. A link will be shared upon booking to allow the guest to register. Fees at Shores of Panama (which include resort fee, amenity bands and parking permits) range from $75 to $115, depending on the size of the rental unit. Please note that taxes and fees are subject to change.

    Those who register online will still need to pick up their packet from the concierge upon arrival. Display your parking pass on your dashboard for the entirety of your stay.

    Upon your initial arrival at Shores of Panama, utilize the portico entrance (main building). The garage height is less than seven feet. If your car is at least 6 feet, 11 inches high, there is parking for oversized vehicles on the ground level only but spots are first come-first served. If you have any problems with parking onsite, feel free to contact Property Patrol. We have motorcycle parking in the 15-min parking area, small trailer parking is on the 12th floor. Property Patrol tries to keep the bikes centralized for security purposes.

    If you have a second vehicle, read the following carefully:

    There are three primary paid parking lots on the beach operated by the City of Panama City Beach. Beachgoers and residents of Panama City Beach can park and pay through the Passport Parking mobile app. Users must download the free Passport Parking app on their smartphones, create an account with a preferred method of payment, then provide the zone and vehicle license plate number.

    Drivers can download the free Passport Parking app from the App Store and Google Play. Users can also manage their parking online.

    In addition to paying for parking, users can view their parking history and extend parking sessions remotely, so there's no need to leave the beach! Effective October 1, 2022, parking is $2 per hour up to 6 hours or $12 for 24 hours. You may utilize these parking lots for a weekly rate of $84.

    Shores of Panama is a 23-story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space, indoor and outdoor with hot
    tubs, a modern fitness center with brand new equipment, poolside Tiki bar and Food Hut (open seasonally) and onsite grills for common use. There are beachside activities and watersports as well as onsite chair/ umbrella rentals.

    You're just steps away from everything you could need! Walmart is across the street, right next door to Pineapple Willies, across the street from the new 810 Billiard & Bowling complex - with sports simulators, Krazy Darts, axe throwing, an arcade, a restaurant/bar and a Mean Mugs milkshake bar and many other dining, entertainment and shopping options. You are just moments away from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining area. You will have a great time on your vacation, no matter where you go in PCB!

    Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

    Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
