Boardwalk Beach Resort is right on the Gulf and there is plenty of private beach space you won’t be crowded! Boardwalk’s location is ideal…away from excessive traffic and you are just walking distance to Pineapple Willie’s, Juan Taco, Alvin’s Island, Signal Hill Golf Course, and Hershey’s Beach Ice Cream Shop! Shopping, family fun entertainment, mini-golf, go-carts, and numerous restaurants are all within 1 mile of Boardwalk!

You will be amazed at the Spectacular VIEW of the Gulf blue-green water and the world’s most beautiful beaches! We LOVE sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins play in the Gulf and taking in the stunning SUNSETS!

We made a number of recent updates and enhancements to the condo...It is truly one of the nicest condos at Boardwalk! We wanted to create a feel of comfort and HOME at the beach…for us and our guests. And, to add a little fun during your stay...we will put you on the VIP guest list at our Hershey's Beach Ice Cream Shop where you can enjoy complimentary Ice Cream for you and your family daily throughout your entire stay!

FAMILIES with children are WELCOME! We have available a portable crib, high chair, toddler cups/dishes, and swim toys. We have plenty of beach chairs, beach umbrella, and sand toys for kids.

The Gulf front Master Bedroom features a plush, pillow-top mattress, floor to ceiling windows, and opens to a gulf-front balcony...You will LOVE waking up to the million dollar view of the beach and Gulf!

The adjoining master bath is spacious and stocked with resort quality bath towels and features a large double sink vanity, garden tub, and separate shower area...plenty of room to get ready to go out and enjoy all PCB has to offer.

The guest bedroom features a pillow-top queen size mattress and adjoins the guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The living room is Gulf front and windows are floor to ceiling...from every angle you see views of the blue-green water! The living room features a leather pull-out queen sleeper sofa & love seat. For the Sports fan, we have added flat screen 55” Smart TV with upgraded cable and SPORTS package- SEC and Big10 football! Also, included is a password protected high speed WIFI internet.

The kitchen has every amenity one could need for preparing meals. All NEW stainless appliances, Keurig coffee maker, and large capacity washer/dryer. The best part is dessert is on us! Enjoy FREE sweet treats at our Hershey's Beach Ice Cream Shop...just a two minute walk from the condo! Come as often as you like for ice cream cones, sundaes, shakes, and more!

Don’t worry about bringing or buying soap, cleaning supplies, paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc...the condo is fully stocked for your stay! We provide one parking pass and resort wristbands for each guest.

Boardwalk has PCB's largest private beach, with a super sized beachfront lagoon pool and kids Splash Zone. If you don't feel like cooking, Boardwalk has "Under the Boardwalk Tiki-bar and Grill" located Gulf front...just steps from the beach and the pool deck. The food and live music are both excellent and entertaining!
