Three Bedroom Beachfront Condo at Pinnacle Port

  • This unit's location is one of the most desirable at Pinnacle Port, offering a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico from all rooms and both balconies. It is a 3 bedroom 3 bath townhouse unit on the 3rd floor of the tower building. The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, the upstairs guest room has a queen bed and a daybed, the downstairs master bedroom has a queen bed and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. There is a TV in the living room and in all the bedrooms.
    Pinnacle Port charges a one time fee of $33.75 per vehicle for the duration of your stay.
    Pinnacle Port is located on the western end of Bay County, in the enclosed community of Carillon Beach. There are shops and restaurants in Carillon, as well as right outside the gated community. Privacy and seclusion is our trademark; yet we're close to Pier Park and all the activities of Panama City Beach and only a couple of miles from the famous 30A.

Renovated and incredible owner!

We have been staying at Pinnacle Port for 17 years and we love it. Carol made it our best trip yet! The condo is newly renovated and has a great view. We will be staying at this condo every chance we get!

Vacation 24

Wonderful unit and super helpful host. The entire complex had an issue with the a/c unit that was resolved quickly (no fault of the owner) and the owner was wonderful to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again.

Baseball and the Beach

Our family was in PCB for baseball tournament and our stay was terrific. This unit has been remodeled and in terrific condition. Three large bedrooms and three full baths. The kitchen and all the furnishings are great. I would highly recommend it to any family.

Fall Vacation

We loved our stay at Pinocle Point. This was our third stay at Carol’s property. The property is in a great location with Pier Park only a few miles away. The propriety was clean and had everything we needed. Carol is great to work with. We hope to continue to visit again next year.

This was the perfect condo for our family. It had plenty of room and was updated. It was well sticked with olenty of dishes an towels. Owner checked to make sure we had everything we needed after arrival. We would definately stay here again.

Beautiful View

Great condo to stay in, we had stayed several times when our children were little in the same condo and are now bringing our grandchildren. They are saying they want to come back and stay in the same condo. Good location, and the view is great. Carol was responsive to any questions we had.
