This PCB rental was in a great location from it’s beautiful beachfront and closeness to fun local shops and bars in Pier Park across from The Pier! The main room of this rental had a spacious kitchen, plenty of eating areas, a TV/ living room opening out to a balcony overlooking the gorgeous ocean and sunsets each night! Last, but not least, a washer & dryer were down the hall from the tidy bedrooms/ bathrooms; the covered garage was for guests only; there were plenty of luggage carts for moving in/out of the garage; and, a very helpful staff inside the building and outside on the beach. All of these wonderful elements made this Spring Break trip flawless!

The view was breathtaking. The king size bed slept horrible, 2 days before we left they sent up a new mattress but the first 5 days was like sleeping on box springs. Couch is also worn out. Feel springs when you sat on it. Two of the bathrooms sink would stop up while brushing teeth. Day one, spare room had a leak in ceiling someone came and checked it the day before we left. Leak was bad enough that water was in floor. This unit needs a DEEP CLEAN and update bad! There was limited dishes, no cookie sheet and other needed items just simple things, need a deep clean in all cabinets as well as drawers. I am not a picky person and I can tell you it needed a good clean. They do have two new recliners in the unit at least.

Weekly stay

The elevator situation made this entire vacation a headache if we wanted to leave the facility to go do anything at all even just go down to the beach. 28 floors and 6 working elevators.. do not recommend for the price.

We found the reception desk very helpful and always pleasant. We enjoyed a meal at the restaurant and lots of food and very tasty.What a convenient parking garage. We can walk to many stores. The unit is very clean and beds are so comfy. There were a couple of broken appliances but they right away replaced one and explain vacuums are Not necessary. Very pleased with this place.

Terrible experience

To start off. The pictures are nice. The condo was very rough. The condo was very very dirty. I think they need to hire a different cleaning service. The toaster was caked with dirt as well as rusted the kitchen needed to be better stocked you could not of cooked a meal if you wanted to the mattresses on the beds, had the spring sticking through them and they were harder than rocks. We went and bought a toaster it was so gross. The refrigerator bottom shelf was broken and the bottom of the refrigerator. Great was filthy as well as the great for the air conditioner intake looked like it had never been cleaned. The sofa was nasty. We had to put a sheet over it to just sit on it. And the cushions were flat as pancakes. Of the 5 chairs on the balcony 3 of them were broken The floors were gross. Oh we all very dissatisfied out of all the condos that we’ve ever stayed at over all the years in Florida. It was the most expensive and absolutely by far the worst. We will not return to that particular condo ever.

Fun but stressful

Communication with Emerald Coast Destination was good. The room itself was great. Clean upon arrival. Kitchen items are limited but we got by. The resort itself I would not recommend due to the elevator system being horrible. The pools were not something we wanted to swim in. The beach chairs and umbrella and staff were amazing. Kids loved the Starbucks.

The condo was perfect! The only thing that we didn’t like was the elevators. Waiting for an elevator for 45+ mins was crazy. Going up 8-10 flights of stairs with groceries and a toddler was hard. We also couldn’t get a luggage cart when we got there.

It is in a great location.

Everyone that stayed on our trip had a great time. We had kids from the age of 10 to 15 years old and there was something for them all to do. Also a big plus there was enough room for all 5 of us and the 3 full bathrooms was great and time saver. It was really nice to have beach chairs that was with the room it helped save $400 for the week on not having to rent them. We would stay here again.

Disappointed from Mississippi

This is the worse condo we have ever stayed at. I would not recommend it to anyone. It takes forever to get in an elevator. The condo room itself was so outdated and not furnished with enough silverware. There were no potholders nor pitchers. We had a family of 6 and only had 5 forks and spoons. They have people checking in/out EVERY day at all hours. The beach service was rude. I will never come back to this place again!!!

Tidewater is well run. Condo itself needs TLC. furniture old and stained. In need of kitchen essentials. Condo was clean and beds comfortable. A coat of paint and some new furniture is needed.
