IMPORTANT NOTE: Portions of the Tidewater building are scheduled to undergo exterior renovations from late October 2026 through early February 2027. During this period, guests may experience intermittent construction noise and activity. Balcony access will be restricted from February 11th to March 10th, 2027 as part of the project.

The Tidewater Registration fee is as follows:
1 Bedroom - $45 plus tax
2 Bedroom - $58 plus tax
3 Bedroom - $70 plus tax

* Guests who register 24 hours or more in advance will save $10.
* The registration fee includes parking passes, wristbands, and access to the common areas.
