Tropic Winds es el nuevo desarrollo de condominios a lo largo del tranquilo extremo oeste de Panama City Beach. El complejo está equipado con sauna, sala de vapor, sala de ejercicios, piscina interior / exterior, bañera de hidromasaje, espacio de estacionamiento asignado y se encuentra justo en la playa.

Tropic Winds está a solo 2 millas del famoso complejo comercial y de entretenimiento Pier Park, así como cerca del sendero para bicicletas 30A de 18 millas. También hay numerosos campos de golf de 18 hoyos cerca del complejo. También encontrará el parque de atracciones Miracle Strip, el parque acuático Shipwreck Island y el parque marino Gulf World dentro de 5 millas.

También está equipado con un televisor de pantalla plana. El baño principal ha sido actualizado con una hermosa ducha de azulejos. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas queen size. También tiene un televisor de pantalla plana.

The property had everything on would need. It was clean, the furniture was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. It was nice having the beach chair service made it nice to only have to bring down one bag for the beach time. The water was very clear and a few days very calm. Over all a great vacation and lots of relaxing.

The best vacation

The property was very clean and wS exactly like in description. The property manager responded immediately to our messages and resolved all our problems and requests. We stayed at Tropic Winds few times, but this apartment was the best.If you will choose it,you will not regret.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband just finished our fifth winter in PCB. It was fun and relaxing. Even though the weather isn’t as warm as farther south, it doesn’t get as hot either during February and March. The prices are much more affordable and although it can be a busy area, it’s nothing like some other areas. I would highly recommend you try it out.

Excellent!

My family of four stayed here for vaca and it was fabulous! I would recommend this place to anyone. Everyone we ran into was so friendly. The beach was well maintained and set up and right out front, it was so beautiful! You can’t beat waking up the ocean every morning. We had a couple tiny issues and Helen was fantastic at responding right away. Parking was a bit tight, so if you have a bigger vehicle, beware. But it would definitely not stop us from staying here again. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and maintained. Well worth the stay for a family vaca. The location was also in a great spot as it was close to a lot of amenities.

Beautiful clean condo with gorgeous view!

Our stay was perfect! We had two little babies with us and a pack and play was provided which was great and the box fans were fantastic too! The condo was very clean and super nice! Definitely will be back!

This was a great location for us. Away from the busy parts of the beachfront. Great condo, only it could be cleaner. Thats my only complaint.

Relaxing

This property is very clean, roomy, and comfortable. We had a wonderful time getting away and relaxing here during our rainy vacation. All the kitchen items we needed were provided. The lock is a bit tricky at times, patience is the key! We will return for sure. On the beach, great chairs on the beach, and beautiful water. Friendly guests and tenants who were helpful when we needed assistance.

Lovely ocean view condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The large balcony was perfect for relaxing. The condo had everything we needed and was away from most of the worst beach traffic. We only wish the pool had been bigger.

Our family had the best time. The condo location was perfect. The beach wasn't overly packed. The parking garage is a different story. But that's not this owners fault. 10 out of 10 recommend!!

We had a blast!!

The condo was clean and looked just like the photos. The owner was nice when we spoke. The beds were all very comfortable as was the furniture. It sets right on the beach and we loved that!

We enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would change is the a/c being locked at 76. The water pressure in the showers was great. The view from the balcony is awesome. The condo building is right next to the beach. Very short walk from the building to the sand. We would stay again.

Family time

The condo was well decorated and a nice location. The cleaning people need to put a lil more time into some areas. There was trash left in both bedrooms and the bathrooms definitely needed to be cleaned more thorough. Other than that it was a nice place. And the owner was super nice every time we talked to her.

Beautiful condo with huge balcony

Condo was beautiful and clean. The parking is not good if you have more than one vehicle. I have a car that’s low to the ground and the garage across the street sounded like it was tearing the whole bottom of my car out. Pool was a disappointment, Staff was super friendly.

Beautiful spacious condo with everything you need plus more

This was our first time staying at Tropic Winds. Our condo was beautifully furnished with a beachhead theme which really appeals to us. It was very clean and so spacious. I’ve never seen so many extras such as a box fan, hairdryers, curling irons, shampoo and conditioner. Helen was very easy to work with. The beach was an easy close walk and it was great having an umbrella and beach chairs included in our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
