The unit was fully equipped, comfortable and modern. Beach equipment and bikes were also included with the rental. Only negative was the only bathroom was on the main floor and the loft bedroom was on the second floor. Owner shared this in the description so it was not a surprise. May not be an issue for many, but was more challenging than expected. Overall experience was fantastic and communication with the owner was very timely.

The condo itself was fine, but I would hesitate to book again just because of the terrible parking situation. Paying this much for a condo and not having a dedicated parking space was a major inconvenience. We spent over an hour driving around looking for a parking space (there were NONE open) and just happened to get lucky when someone over by the main square left. The parking spot was still pretty far away from our condo, which was not good since we had just left to go to the grocery store. The parking pass does nothing for you. The listing states there is “convenient” parking on Rosemary Ave…that’s only if they aren’t all full. The listing doesn’t mention that you have no designated spot and will just have to drive around or park far away if you cat find one there.

Location is very close to beach. Easy to come up to grab a snack, drink or use the restroom. Can see and hear the ocean from the terrace. Easy 3 minute walk to the shops. I really enjoyed the big comfy chair. They have great appliances, all the pans we needed to cook. I enjoyed the shower as well.

Perfect getaway at the beach. Close enough to walk or bike everywhere we needed to be. On a quiet street yet so close to the beach! Really enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella. Glad we stayed here instead of a hotel!

Our stay was amazing! We come to Rosemary ever summer but coming in October was magical! The carriage house was just as described, so cozy and perfect for a long weekend getaway! Access to the beach was perfect, loved walking the quiet streets and cruising around on the bikes! We will definitely return! Can’t wait for our next getaway!

Love this cottage. It is super close to the beach. My wife and I spent an entire week here. The place had everything we needed. The property manager was easy to contact and answered all questions promptly. The Rosemary Beach are is stunning. Can’t wait to come back. Enjoy.

Enjoyed the stay. The parking is the only issueWe parked on the main streets and were surprised that others that were not ownersparked in front of garages. How do you know if those people are owners or renters.We were parked each day down the street from our unit. Others disregarded the rule.Enjoyed the unit and its furnishing.A little challenging up and down stairs from bedroom and bathroom for 70 year olds.Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Beach Getaway

Perfect location and amenities for a couple’s beach getaway vacation! This property has everything you need. Whether it’s the pool, beach, or shops/restaurants you want to go to, you’re only steps away AND you get to start every day with your cup of coffee and the gulf view from the balcony. :) We enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend!!

Beautiful Getaway!

Super cute property. We loved the location! Very short walk to the beautiful beach. We parked and never got back in our car for the week. Short walk to restaurants and shoppes. We enjoyed the bikes that came with the stay. The property was missing a corkscrew for opening wine and also the umbrella (to go with the provided beach chairs) for the beach (as advertised) and we contacted owner and she had items sent right over to us. It was a great week!
