  • Sunnyside Beach and Tennis Resort es un escape tranquilo situado en el lado tranquilo de Panama City Beach, FL. Situado en medio de exuberante vegetación el paraíso tropical abarca 18 hectáreas con 350 pies de las aguas esmeralda y las playas de arena blanca de azúcar. Una calidad única de este complejo es nuestro acceso privado a la playa peatonal. El paso subterráneo es un túnel bien iluminado bajo carretera escénica 98 que conduce a nuestro gran gazebo y paseo marítimo. Las instalaciones del complejo incluyen: canchas de tenis, canchas de barajas, 2 piscinas (una para los más pequeños), un parque infantil, una casa club que cuenta con: conexión Wi-Fi gratuita, mesa de ping-pong y mesas de billar. Thanksgiving retreat 2020

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were well satisfied with the accommodations.I would suggest changing the O-ring in the kitchen sink leaks and hums with the water on. Our granddaughter loved the playground, the pool was a bit cool though. The den furniture was comfortable. i could have used a broom.

LOVE SUNNYSIDE!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family rented 5 units at Sunnyside, it is our second year there. We LOVE Sunnyside, the staff is friendly, the grounds are so immaculately kept and the pool was great. The access to the beach is fabulous and this unit is very close to the beach. The only thing I could suggest for this unit is for it to be better stocked. Having stayed in a different unit last year, and having my family in surrounding units, this unit was minimally stocked. Bring your own wine opener, and wine glasses. Also, the unit had a bad smell when we arrived, however after we put air fresheners all around, it took care of the problem. The 2nd air conditioner upstairs is fabulous, we froze! Also, with COVID, there are no throws, or extra blankets. Either bring some, or ask the office for some. Other than those small complaints, the week was fabulous, we will stay at that unit again in the future.

We love the relaxed atmosphere of Sunnyside Condos and would highly recommend it to others. It is out of the crowded area, but close enough that it is convenient to many restaurants, shopping, etc.

Family Vacation 2018

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sunnyside Beach And Tennis Resort is a great family destination. We have been staying here with family in their condo for about 10 years. Location is the best on the beach with an easy walk to the beach and a great pool. This unit was suitable for 6 adults and 4 children. Kitchen items could stand to be updated with more utensils and better pots and pans. Mattresses are not the best especially the master. Would need to be updated before we stay in this unit in the future.
