    Este condominio de vacaciones 1605 es un lujoso condominio frente a la playa de dos dormitorios y dos baños con impresionantes vistas del Golfo en Panama City Beach. This was the perfect property for a weekend getaway with friends to celebrateour birthdays! Check in was a breeze, the view was gorgeous, and the condo was perfect for lounging and being a base for adventures. The hosts answered questions promptly and kept us in the loop for all details. I highly recommend staying here!

We loved the condo and the host was very helpful and responsive! We really enjoyed our stay and the beach access was excellent and our girls loved everything, including the pool. We had planned to go to the gym at some point but never made it but we did visit and it’s not massive but more than enough for most people, us included. Only slight negative was the elevators. There are 2 and while they move up and down quickly, there were periods where we waited 10-20 minutes to be able to get on one that had enough room to fit additional people.

The condo was beautiful and clean and adequately stocked. The description of the condo said 4 beach chairs and I took it as beach service and it was too late for a refund. Beach service was a part of my vacation I didn’t want to do without but ended up having to. Also, the thermostat was very hard to get working correctly. The thermostat had to be computed for each day and time.

This condo is awesome. The view is gorgeous.

Very spacious and very very nice condo. The view is amazing and I can be on the sand in three minutes.

Excellent place to stay!

This place is a amazing. Such a fully stocked kitchen. Having two beach chairs daily made the trip even more amazing. Rooms were clean. All in all it’s one cozy place to stay. HIGHLY recommend!!

Amazing Grace

We stayed to escape the hurricane in central Florida and work. We have a business in Panama City Beach right down the road and was very close to everything. Everything you need for home away from home. Clean, comfortable beds, beautiful balcony view of the ocean. Amazing host went the extra mile!

Clean well supplied great location , wife and I are 71 and 73 respectively, easily accessible would have been nice to have had a recliner. But all is well

Another great week in PCB!

The room is great, very nicely decorated and has most everything one will need for a week on vacation. The facility had some elevator challenges while we were there but those are supposed to be resolved a few weeks after we left so all should be good going forward. The Beach Service chairs were really great.

Excellent accommodations

Absolutely beautiful condo. The views from the balcony are breathtaking. Exceptionally clean and well stocked. Access to everything is easy. Very friendly locals. If you can’t find something for everyone to do you’re not looking. The owner was very friendly and accommodating.

Loved every minute!!

My husband and I planned a super last minute getaway and let me tell you this place was amazing! Michelle was so quick to respond and give all detailed information about the condo immediately! She is so great at attention to detail and made the process so easy! Our condo was immaculate! Everything was so clean and tidy! I felt at home instantly! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need and she even had portable fans available(which we need to be able to sleep) The view was picture perfect and such a great location! I’m already ready to book another trip!!

Panama City Beach at Sterling Reef

The condo was nice and the person we rented from was nice and quick to respond to any issues. Location was great and parking was very good and secure. The only issue was the very nasty odor of marijuana that blew into our room almost every day from neighboring units. It was REALLY STRONG. The arty we rented from made several calls and we talked to security as well. It came from a couple of different units that were supposed to be vacant. Per security it may be different staff that have access to units who may be letting in people or they themselves to smoke their weed. They never caught anyone which was frustrating. It seems like a simple fix to have accesses recorded in a database or have security check all vacant units randomly. That issue would have to be fixed before I would ever consider staying at Sterling Teef again.
