Transportation

• 6 person golf cart (with signed waiver, must be 25 to operate).

• Golf Cart Parking: There's designated parking at the front of the neighborhood between Morgan Street and the Waterhouse condos.

Beach access/service:

• There is deeded beach access directly across from the neighborhood.

• In order to sit near the access, you must rent a "set" (2 chairs and an umbrella) otherwise you may use the access and walk 2 minutes to the right or 4 minutes to the left to the public access.

• Beach Service is provided by a local vendor; information provided after booking.

We love dogs and are happy to provide a dog friendly space for your vacation! However, it's important to note that dogs are not allowed on any of the beaches along 30A. There is a dog beach at Pier Park in Panama City Beach where Fido can meet some new friends and enjoy our gorgeous Emerald Coast!



A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability, common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov, and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs. If you are booking specifically for a shared amenity, please feel free to reach out with any questions in advance!



Guest Access:

This home uses keyless entry for self-check-in; your door code is sent by email and text 2 weeks (or less) prior to arrival. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request (subject to availability). Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Getting Around:

Watersound is a great home base for exploring the eastern 30A corridor, and many guests love using bikes to get around, especially for scenic rides along the Timpoochee Trail (30A’s bike path). A vehicle is still recommended for grocery runs, beach hopping, and day trips across South Walton, but you can comfortably plan plenty of “leave the car parked” days here.



Traveling to/around the area, explore by foot, by bike, or by car:

• A car is recommended for exploring beyond the immediate 30A corridor, as rideshares and taxis can be limited and wait times can vary.

• Biking is one of the best ways to experience 30A, use the Timpoochee Trail for scenic rides to Seacrest, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and beyond.

• Walking works well for short trips and beach access days, but plan to drive for larger grocery runs and farther excursions.

• Bike rentals are widely available along 30A if you want extra bikes for your group, helmets are recommended, and the paths can get busy during peak season.
