You cannot beat the location. Owner replied to us in a timely manner. They offer beach chair and umbrella for you to borrow. Absolutely amazing. You can see parts of the beach in the balcony, and it’s a 4th floor, so the view is super nice. We loved this property. Cozy and comfortable. You can’t beat it. And great price as well. We loved loved loved our stay

Very nice studio

The studio was excellent, exactly like the pictures, and very clean. Location was great - walk to restaurants, shops, beach, or rent a bike and visit other places on 30A.My only reason for not giving this 5 stars is the beach access - guests of this studio, and other condos in the area are limited to one access point and one area of the beach - This area becomes very crowded while the private beach on either side is completely empty.

Great location!

We loved our stay at Rosemary Beach! This property is in a great central location and everything we needed was within walking distance. The beach was close and easy to access, it was great that the host provided an umbrella and beach chairs for use. I also appreciated the full sized fridge and numerous kitchen appliances so that we could make breakfast/lunch ourselves and didn’t have to go out for every meal. The property was clean and well-equipped. We would definitely stay here again!

Reviews Don’t match Condo

This is at best a 2 star condo but priced at a 4 star level. The outstanding and wonderful reviews listed for this condo do not match what I saw in person. You must drive several miles to Public access to get to the beach. The curtain rods , shelve supports - toilet paper holder are all plumbing pipes from a hardware store. The chest of drawers and end tables are from a garage sale and repainted - terrible. I must say the condo was very clean but I won’t not stay here again.

Clean, easy & fantastic location!

Perfect spot for our recent Rosemary Beach vacation! Extremely convenient to all the great restaurants & shops. Checkin/checkout was a breeze. Would highly recommend.

Perfect for a couples getaway

Amazing place! Booking and checking in was simple. This place is perfectly located. Alys Beach, Rosemary, and Seacrest are all walkable (or bike-able), so you can explore as much as you want! The beach is a 5-ish minute walk and you can rent chairs/umbrellas if you want when you arrive. The condo was very clean and perfect for a long weekend with my husband. My only complaints are that the wifi doesn’t work and the host only left 2 rolls of toilet paper. Would definitely stay again!

Peaceful Paradise

This condo has everything you need. Beautiful views, easy access to the beach and several local shops are within walking distance. Cheryl (owner) remained in communication with me and was available to reach if needed. I feel energized and refreshed after my stay and I would definitely book this property again without hesitation.

Amazing location, perfect for a couple’s getaway!

The owner truly thought of everything in this little gem of a place! The space was well utilized and came with plenty of extras to make the stay even better. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and we were so excited to find a griddle to use to make our breakfast each morning. Everything was also extremely clean. :) The location was the best part and we loved being within walking distance to so many amazing restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again and hope to be back soon! Thanks for everything.

Relaxing Getaway

The area was beautiful and our stay was relaxing. Our room had everything we needed and was very clean. I had several questions prior to our stay which were quickly responded to. Our favorite part was the amazing fireworks display right from our balcony 🇺🇸 Thank you!!

Comfortable updated unit

This unit on the 4th floor was comfortable, clean, and well supplied. Nice view from the balcony where we enjoyed a few meals. Close to dining, shopping, and bike path. We did go to Inlet Beach which is a short drive and a much less busy beach. King size bed is very comfortable.

Great Couple's Get Away on 30A!

Very clean and comfortable studio unit right off of 30A! Walk-able to shops and restaurants in both Seacrest and Rosemary Beach. It was a wonderful getaway for me and my husband. Very easy to find off the main 30A road and the top floor unit has great views! 4th floor is easily accessed by an elevator. Plenty of parking outside the building. We enjoyed sitting on the porch with views of the gulf. Porch has a nice dining table for meals and morning coffee. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows and a big bathroom. Kitchen had all essential items we needed. We enjoyed the quiet pool area. An easy 10 minute walk to the beach access down the street or you can take the golf cart like tram service. Cheryl was very quick to answer any questions we had. A great overall experience!

Spring Get Away

This sweet condo was the perfect place our week on 30A. It is conveniently located so that we could walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. It is clean with a comfortable bed, and a nice balcony to have morning coffee. We loved our stay and look forward to renting again.
