Watercrest 2025

We have been staying at the Watercrest for 5 years. We never have an issue with our condos . Always comfortable. The only issue we have is the elevators. At least this year 1 was down and the others were working. I had heard that it was not due to the facility but an idiot Guest. Overall great time. We will definitely be back to celebrate Independence Day with them again!

Family Vacation

We could not have stayed in a better condo! It had everything we needed and was beautiful! The wrap around balcony was awesome! Our hosts were especially helpful and responded quickly to our questions and needs! We highly recommend them for your home away from home!!

This was our 6th year at PCB and this was by far our favorite condo! We had absolutely no complaints on anything and Cort the owner was great! We had the best week here making memories!

Excellent stay

We were so impressed with this unit. Newly renovated and stocked above and beyond. Including laundry baskets, drying rack, cooler, etc. Bathrooms were very spacious and the showers were clean. We had a great stay and would definitely rent again!

Great Stay!!

Our family of 7 greatly enjoyed this property! It’s far enough away from PCB that the beach/stores aren’t crowded but, a short drive to get downtown. The property had ample space for all of us to sleep. We LOVED the wrap around balcony & spent many evenings watching the waves. Our one complaint was the fridge did not have condiments/ basic kitchen ingredients like we’ve experienced before with other properties. But, easy fix and we had no other complaints about the lodging. Beautiful property, beautiful view! Thank you for hosting our family!

Awesome view, great property

Our family really enjoyed staying here. We usually stay just down the way but chose this property and loved it. Never felt like it was overcrowded or to many people. Great relaxing location. Views from the condo are amazing, the oversized patio was fantastic with plenty of seating. The property manager Cort was so helpful and kind. Always attentive and eager to make sure our stay was the best. Would definitely book again.

Spectacular View

This condo was VERY nice. It was obviously recently updated. The balcony is HUGE and allows for a view of sunrise and sunset! The owner was quick to respond with any concerns and just a kind person who is easy to work with. He paid attention to details so that we had everything we needed! It was quiet and comfortable. Beautiful beach of course!!!

This unit was spectacular. Everything looked like it had just been remodeled and a great job was done on all of it. Plenty of space in all of the rooms and this corner unit has a huge wraparound balcony. One of the nicer condos we have stayed at.

Beautiful!!

This beachfront condo is beautiful and just as advertised. Everything was relaxing and enjoyable from the easy checkin through checkout. We watched dolphins, sea turtles, sunsets and storms from the spacious wrap around balcony. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay and relax for our vacation.

Beware before you go!

Our family has stayed at Watercrest for 7+ years, sometimes several times during the year as well as the week when we have four different condos. This is the first year in this particular unit. We were on the 15th floor and another of groups were on the 17th. Elevators were horrible this, ranging from having no elevators available for hours to having one of the elevators that only go as high as the 6th floor. Then for more than 6 hours ALL FOUR elevators were down at least once. Part of m family came for a week in April and the west end 1-6 elevator was broken then and still broken this week! Unacceptable!!! When you are in your 70s or have a disability or a combination of both, I see Watercrest leaving themselves open for litigation. And we won’t even talk about the Americans With Disabilities Act!! When you’re afraid of going to the beach or pool because you can’t make the stair climb to the 15th or higher floor again just isn’t in your abilities, you feel like you’ve lost a huge chunk of your vacation. And when you’ve paid over $5,200 for your week, I for one feel a refund of some kind is due us. Also I did text the manager of the property we rented. Twice. And he never answered either one. Very well equipped kitchen but linens for the baths were in need of replacing as well as having a few more. Only 2 towels and 2 washcloths for the master. Very comfortable and spacious kitchen, dining and living area. The balcony was my favorite thing about the stay.

Our favorite trip yet!!

The view speaks for itself! My husband and I made last minute (literally 1 week prior) changes to our vacation and happened to luck upon this amazing condo! Cort, the property manager, welcomed us upon arrival and showed us around. He made sure everything was perfect! The condo was entirely too much for just 2 people but we are so glad we chose it! We are already talking about bringing the family with us on our next trip! The condo was stocked with everything we could have needed and exceeded our expectations! I could go on and on but I promise...if you choose this condo you absolutley will NOT regret it! We can't wait to come stay again!
