We have stayed at The Shores for the past 4 years. First time in this unit but have stayed in similar units. First, RealJoy was wonderful to work with very responsive, easy to communicate with and were there to answer questions/assist the entire week. The condo itself could use a little TLC. The sliding door to balcony did not lock which is very concerning with a toddler. The entry door did not lock well except for the night time security lock. The dry was not in good working condition on arrival and tore up while using it causing damage to several articles of clothing. The kitchen appliances could use repair or replacement. Ice maker worked intermittently, the oven was very slow to heat and took a good 10 longer to cook items. We only cooked as were there during Hurricane Helena and many places closed. One of the bathtub faucet did not work. For the amount we paid it was disappointing for things to be in I’ll repair.
