  • SPACIOUS, updated, 9th Floor, 1131 square feet, well-maintained condo has everything you need for the PERFECT family vacation. We are committed to making your vacation one to create happy and relaxing family memories. The extras we provide in our condo are extras which are family friendly with YOU and YOUR family in mind. We hope you Relax & Enjoy!! Condo located directly ON the BEACH with no roads to cross. Sit on balcony and watch the ocean!

    Spectacular views of the ocean through the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in the open living floor plan. Less than 1 mile from Pier Park for many restaurants, entertainment and shopping choices!

    This condo is unique from others with same floor plan as it has a door for privacy on the bunkroom..not an opening from the hallway, but a door which can be closed so the bunk room has the same privacy as the other bedrooms! You get 3 bedrooms with 3 en-suite bathrooms! Note- bunkroom is small and not a full size bedroom..although perfect sleeping space for your vacay!

    The RESORT has an on-site movie theatre, Roman Spa--2 Jacuzzi's overlooking the ocean, Workout Facility, Indoor Pool, 2 Outdoor Pools, 2 Outdoor Jacuzzi's, on-site restaurant- Tides, on-site sundries store, on-site TIKI bar and on-site rentals of jet skis, beach chair set-up, banana boat and parasailing.

    Please know that our condo will be cleaned between each guest and surfaces will be cleaned according to CDC guidelines.

Overall it was a wonderful place. The -1 star was the elevator and paying for parking after you pay for the Condo and insurance and fee’s.

Spring break 2022

Had a great stay! It was clean and roomy. We would definitely stay here again! Great location. Walking distance to Pier Park but not to close to all the business.

Family vacation

It was such a nice property. It was my youngest sons and my mothers first time at the ocean. They enjoyed the stay so much. We had a great time and the property was great.

We enjoyed our stay a lot! The condo was just right for our family and getting around the building was very easy. Communication with the owner was great and our elevator wait time was never an issue!

Family Vacation

This was a great place to stay with the family. It was a clean place and walking distance to quite a bit of places. The only hiccup was the elevator situation but that would be the only complaint I have.

Wonderful getaway

Condo was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and appliances looked very new. The owners were very responsive before and after arrival. Can highly recommend this unit.

Seasters GetAway!

Spacious condo with a Million Dollar ocean view including beautiful Sunrises and Sunseys!! Condo had everything we needed and more! The location near Pier Park was perfect… walking distance if you are so inclined. Being ON THE BEACH was the best!!

Family get away

The condo had plenty of room for the 6 of us It was clean and had all the amenities we needed There were beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use. The only draw back were the elevators were very slow and had to allow extra time for travel.

The condo was great!

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The reason we rated it a 4 instead of 5 is because of the terrible elevator wait times. 20+ minutes was normal.

Perfect Stay

We had a wonderful time—plenty of space for us, in-laws and three teens. Everything we needed, lovely condo! Owner was very responsive to wifi questions. As others have said, the elevators are the only issue with the property in general. At 10am and 4pm expect big wait times. But the condo itself was wonderful!

Fall Break w family

This place was perfect for the 7 of us ages 62-3 yrs as described. It had everything we needed for our week stay Oct. 7-14-23. All the conveniences of home. The only downfall was the elevator wait times but we were already prepared as we have stayed in this building before and considering it was during fall break. The property owner was more than gracious in answering a few questions. I would definitely recommend this condo to others. Thank you so much! Our family from White House and Hendersonville Tennessee

Property was lovely. Well appointed, clean, beautiful room with spectacular views. Check in was stressful. There is an additional fee you don’t find out about until the last few emails. And the elevator situation. I won’t stay here ever again because of the elevators. Be prepared to wait an hour, no joke, or take the stairs. For an older person like me that was not easy. And the front desk people are very rude. Especially one lady. She was no help when I was trying to find out why I had another fee that’s not stated in the listing.

Fall Break Getaway

The property was great. The condo was exactly like the pictures! The owner of the property is top notch when it comes to customer service. My only complaint is the large drain pipe beside the property. We had constant disgusting water pouring into the ocean. The water was a murky brown in front of the ENTIRE beach area for the resort. I will probably never stay at Tide Water again because of that disgusting drain pipe situation.

Loved the location and condo, elevators are a disaster

Loved the location, very clean, and well kept. We were right on the beach with good walkability to restaurants. Unfortunately, the only negative which was HUGE was the elevators. We were luckily on floor 9 and able to take the stairs multiple times per day, however, the elevators took up to 30 minutes on some occasions. After 2 days of this, we just roughed and took the stairs for the remainder of our stay. Glad we were only floor 9 and in good enough shape to take the stairs each day. Probably will not return based on elevator issue.

Awesome Beach View

The beach was incredible! Had a great view from the balcony, but the elevators were horrible, throughout the week every time we wanted to go down to the beach or out for dinner we had a long wait. Several elevators were not working, and the majority of the condo staff were not friendly or helpful at all. During check in it took use two hours to get our luggage from the parking garage up to our room because of the elevators being backed up! Due to all of the frustration with the elevators, we will not be returning.

Beautiful View/Terrible Elevators

While the view is amazing and the staff is friendly, having a parking garage across the street with only one working elevator is a problem. Ivv be understand things happen from time to time and I did see someone one of the days working on the elevator. To avoid the rush avoid checking times from 3-7 pm if you are traveling with family and a good bit of luggage, groceries or a handicap individual. I stayed on the 9th floor and definitely got my steps in using the stairwell way more than I wanted to on vacation. I read the reviews after booking and thought people were exaggerating. Nope! For a great experience avoid check in and out times allowing for 2 hours past the time. This elevator delima is not limited to the parking garage but the main building as well. Avoid the rush and enjoy the view!
