  • BOOK NOW!! Come stay in this spacious Golf Villa located in beautiful Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort. Villa is beautifully furnished and has all the amenities and comforts of home. Villa is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa to accomodate any additional guests. Unit has been recently updated with new paint, new mattresses on each bed, new carpet, and new furniture. Master Bath now has a marble walk in shower. One of the many pools on site is located right behind the unit. You an sit on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful view of the pool. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home or if you prefer, there are several dining options on the resort. Oceans Bar and Grill, if you prefer more of an upscale dining experience, or for more of a casual atomosphere, the beachfront Bimini Sand Bar is always a good choice. The resort also has a Pizza Hut, Starbucks Coffee and Edgie's Corner Market.

    Recreational amenities include a lagoon-style pool, 11 additional pools, and four spa tubs. A shuffleboard court and 11 tennis courts are also on site. There is a fitness center, spa center and of course there is the Executive Par Three Golf Course.

    There is definitely something for everyone at this resort! Too many amenities to list! If you find time to leave the resort, you will find Pier Park a short 4 miles away. Pier Park hosts a large outdoor shopping mall and houses multiple restaurants including Jimmy Buffett's Margaritiville. Shipwreck Island Water Park is within walking distance from the resort along with many more attractions!

    Come and see for yourself, our villa is the perfect accomodation. It offers privacy while still offering all of the amenities that you would expect at the only full service resort on Panama City Beach!!

Long walk to the beach not ideal if you are taking a beach wagon to the beach. I would suggest pack light for the beach and take the trolley ( golf cart)

Spacious condo in one of the top resorts in PCB. Well equipped condo with access to all the amenities Edgewater has to offer. We have stayed in this unit for several years. The owner keeps it well maintained and updated. Not on the beach but easy access through walking or trams which run frequently.

Condo location exactly what we were looking for during thunder bike week. Host was very helpful and always replied quickly with any questions I had. It was 3 couples that stayed here and was nice for us to have our own bathrooms connected to the bedrooms. When we decide to come back we will definitely come back here again.

I celebrated my 38th birthday at the Villas with my husband & friends.Very nice, clean & quiet. Great location. Just FYI if you rent a golf cart you cant get inside gate to park at your villa overnight.

Nice condo and beautiful resort

We had a great stay at the condo. The beds were some of the most comfortable that I’ve ever had at a rental. The place is decorated nice and has great access to a heated pool.

Family Vacation

My family and I stayed here for our Summer Vacation! When we come back to the area we will definitely stay here again. The villa was very spacious! The resort is very convenient to all the attractions and restaurants and the tram service was great!

Very comfortable especially with children

We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit felt very large and there was plenty of room for our family to spread out. We loved having the pool right by us but also loved being able to access all other pools and spas on site. We can’t wait to return!

Very comfortable and ample space. The beds were comfortable and the location was quiet which was nice. Everyone used the master shower because it was AMAZING - dual shower heads, huge space, walk-in shower. The resort amenities were nice. Restaurant on site was convenient, but a little pricey. The pools were all over the place which was nice.

Edgewater Resort

Had a fabulous time! Close to several attractions and amazing restaurants. Just a quick ride to the beach by trams provided by the resort. The pools and golf course were great! Thanks Tim for a wonderful vacation experience.

Perfect Location, Perfect Size

7 adults fit perfectly in here. The resort it self was great. People were so nice if needed anything. Tram system was great. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice condo

The condo was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The furnishings were newer and of high quality. The master shower is huge with good water pressure. Ac works great. We enjoyed it. I would stay here again.

Quiet and close to the pool

It is definitely quiet and close to the pool. Beautiful kitchen counter tops! Needs some normal routine maintenance and repairs, just like any place would.

We didn’t stay in the condo that was booked because my husband is in a wheelchair and it didn’t have an elevator. However Tim provided us another property that he owned that was perfect.

Edgewater Villas

Overall our stay was great! The villa was like a home away from home. Very easy to get around the complex and to the beach. The listing states that there are tennis courts and basketball courts available but you have to pay daily to rent them. The golf course, that’s understandable paying to play their par 3 course.
