¡Bienvenido a Sterling Breeze 2001!

Comencemos con la configuración de las camas: King, Queen, 2 Sets of Bunks, Queen Sleeper Sofa. Eso significa que este condominio duerme 10 cómodamente.

Este es un hermoso condominio con un aspecto de playa de lujo que es realmente popular. Fue completamente redecorado este año. Pero no solo las vistas en el interior lo hacen especial. Las vistas a la playa y al golfo son espectaculares. Te encontrarás pasando mucho tiempo en el balcón porque la vista te cautivará. El servicio de playa está incluido durante la temporada.

Te va a encantar la sala de estar espaciosa. El QUEFA SLEEPER SOFA es grande y cómodo. Hay un televisor de pantalla grande con cable para cuando te bañes en la playa, ¡así ocurrirá! O, navegue por la red con la conexión de alta velocidad. Y, por supuesto, las vistas a la playa desde la sala también son espectaculares.

La cocina es una belleza con encimeras de granito. Está abierto y tiene todo lo que necesita, así que no importa si está cocinando su especialidad o simplemente preparando sándwiches de queso a la parrilla, tiene todo lo que necesita para complacer a la familia. Hay una gran barra de cocina con sillas para que puedas tomar un poco antes de ir a la playa.

El ÁREA DEL COMEDOR tiene una mesa grande, muy cómoda, así que todos tienen un asiento en la mesa.

La MASTER SUITE es muy espaciosa. Enorme cama king size con una hermosa cabecera. Hay otro televisor bastante grande, el mismo paquete de cable. También hay un montón de espacio en el armario para todas sus pertenencias. El baño principal tiene un vaso completo en la ducha.

El SEGUNDO MAESTRO tiene una cama QUEEN. Y un televisor cuando solo quieras salir un rato al final del día. Esta suite también tiene su propio baño.

¡El TERCER DORMITORIO es un área amigable para los niños con 2 juegos de literas! Eso es para niños con mucho espacio para dormir y jugar. También hay un tercer baño para los niños.

El área de LAVANDERÍA está ubicada para facilitar el mantenimiento de la ropa limpia a todos.

Estas habitaciones y el sofá cama nido en la sala de estar hacen el dormitorio para 10 con 3 baños completos.

Location was perfect! Beaches were really nice and not crowded. Veiw from the 20th floor was breathtaking! I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect, Condo was clean, and the view was breath taking. You could see the sunrise and sunset daily. Would definitely stay again💙

I miss the view already!

Great location, high quality property. The check in process could have been more streamlined with directions to the wristband sellers (yes, you’ll need to buy these) but overall we had a very positive experience and would return again.

Great vacation

The condo is amazing, clean, comfortable beds and good appliances. The huge drawbacks were the wait for elevators and the building security around the pools. Parking was sufficient and the location was wonderful.

Beautiful Views

We loved staying at Sterling Breeze unit 2001. Amazing views from the condo, you could see all kind of sea life that high up. The condo was beautiful and clean. Beds were comfy. We had a wonderful stay and we would stay again!!

Our favorite getaway spot

My family has been coming here for 3 years straight and we love it. This past time it wasn't as clean and there was a couple problems we had with the place. Hopefully they get it all resolved for next year but still overall a nice location and stay

Girls trip

The room had a lot of space for the six of us. It also had a great view from the balcony. Refrigerator was broken but fixed promptly once informed.

Beautiful view

Great location, right in the beach. Plenty of room for 8. Everything was clean. Broken blinds in one bedroom and no hot water in one bathroom sink but nothing that would keep us from staying there again. Bedding was minimal on the bunk beds, our girls were all glad they traveled with their own blankets.

Beautiful get a way!!

Would definitely return!! Maybe a few weeks later though, the Jeep Jam was a pain in the rear, made the traffic stupid crazy.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay there everything was great just the main bedroom was hot for some reason at night the air conditioning was not working like it shud in that room. Also the elevator they don’t have air conditioning but besides that everything was great. Everything that you will need is super close Walmart, pearpark, restaurant, and shopping center.

For the money spent, no difference between staying at a Motel. First walking on the floor where sticky, showers had black mold, Rust inside the fridge, under the beds had left overs from prior tenants. Calling to get assistance was a nightmare, no respond into the next date. The provided a new control because it didn’t work. They will need a better cleaning crew. I’m giving 2 stars due of the views and beach front.

Great place for a big family

Loved our stay until they took the elevator down to 1 for the whole building. Wait times were horrible. And people are so rude.

Every single staff member was completely rude. Charged my card over $500 without even a courtesy call prior to charging it. Will not be staying at this establishment again.

Great getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at sterling breeze. Check-in process was much smother than what others have previously said. Staff was friendly and helpful. Condo was well cleaned and stocked with necessities. Plenty of room for our party of 7 without feeling over crowded. Balcony beach views were amazing. We even got to see a huge sea turtle from our room, and lots of dolphins. Just be prepared for the little things including: parking fees, pool bands, and minor elevator wait times. Also be sure to make sure to read your rental policy closely for the check out policy. I almost overlooked the necessity to call when checking out.

Good stay

Overall a pleasant experience. The condo property itself was clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful and friendly. Only one elevator was working which made check in and check out times extremely busy. We waited over 45 minutes for an elevator during the 4p hour. We just avoided using the elevator during that time the rest of trip and it was better. There also was a really bad smell coming from the bathroom off the kitchen. It smelt like someone had stayed there with cats previous and they put the cat litters in that bathroom. Outside of that the stay itself was great. We would consider staying here again.

It was alright

Several issues starting with the appliances, such as stove does not cook properly ( took almost an hour to cook jacks pizza) and washer and dryer take forever. Beds are not the most comfortable. Looks like they have been broken before and nailed back together. The bunk beds are so wobbly the kids couldn’t even sleep in them. We had to put the mattress on the floor. Master bedroom couldn’t use the ceiling fan because it sounded like it was going to fall from the rattling and the light was so dim it was useless. Cracked bathroom sink bowl. Floor in kids bedroom had leftover spilled pop on the floor and hair in between the mattress and wall.

Relaxing stay

Location was great, walking distance to pier park, many shops, and restaurants. Beach access was convenient and included wash station before returning to building. Condo appeared as shown in pictures and was clean upon arrival. Plenty of room for party of 10. We had no issues with elevator and rarely had to wait more than 2-3 min for them. Being on a higher floor was a bonus to the trip as we were able to see stingrays, a sea turtle, and many school of fish from the balcony. Only flaw was a brown colored storm drain/water runoff that lead into the beach area in front of our condo. It discolored the water somewhat and was mostly just an eye sore but did not effect the beach a little farther down which was short walking distance. Overall, not a huge deal. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful views of the gulf and beach

It was right on the beach with beautiful views of the gulf. There was always a nice breeze on the balcony. We couldn't access the balcony from the master suite. Very nice bathrooms and showers. It was a long walk to the garage to bring everything in and out or to go anywhere in the car. Very nice kitchen. It had lots of appliances and dishes. Nice large refrigerator. We cooked in a lot. We had difficulties getting the TVs to work. There were 4, but each seemed to work differently. We never found local news or shows. The management company was very helpful with trying to get the TVs to work or with any other issues we had. The condo is close to Pier Park, many other activities and restaurants. It worked well for family of 7.

Spring break with family

The property was very accommodating for my large group. My only complaint would be the beach service. Beach service was supposed to be including with the rental. It even says so in the description of the property. That was just a flat out lie! We were able to get beach chairs with no problem the first day but the second day we were told that it was a mistake & asked to pay or move. We paid extra for something that was supposed to be included. Management was no help when I asked about it. They basically said they knew nothing about it. Highly disappointed!
