  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

An excellent stay

Everything about this condo was top-notch. The furnishings and decor were pleasant and comfortable. The location is great! Very happy with every aspect from check-in to check-out. Would gladly stay here in the future.

Great location but if you are a light sleeper, not so much. Next to elevators and they are very loud until late every night. The ceiling vents are quite dusty, and our floor was sandy at the start. These were little things and did not interfere with our fun in the sun.

Aweful

Door didn’t lock from inside, chips out of paint on walls and floors, furniture dirty, bathroom tub had chunks out of it and dirty, only gave two trash bags and ask for more and told me to go to walmart and buy some. Could not sit outside of deck because we got high from the people on the other condo. I have stayed in a lot of condo and this one was the worst I have ever stayed in. When we was there I called in lots of times and every woman I talked to was hateful except the last one. I will never stay with real joy again and will tell everyone about it

Great Condo!!

We loved staying in this unit while visiting PCB!! Clean and loved the ease of being beach front. Everything that was listed to be available was actually included, unlike many units that say they'll have this and that and never do. Only drawback is the stairs are located right outside the unit. Seems like nobody can shut doors quietly these days. Didn't help that they don't have a slow shutting mechanism installed for the door. We were woken up pretty early every morning we were there. This is not RealJoy's problem, more of the resorts problem. Highly recommend staying here as well will be back!!

Unclean & Unprofessional

The condo was NOT cleaned before we stayed there. Once we got to the room, we noticed sand throughout, hair on the bed and pillows, and sand on the couch. We then decided to check the bathroom to find out there was dirt in the shower and mildew on the shower curtain. Plus, I wouldn’t recommend this condo or real estate companies listings. There are signs throughout the condo, stating not to change the AC to certain degrees, as well, as a sign within the condo that told the guest to water the plants.

Overall nice place

Me and my wife enjoyed our stay. The beach and the pool were relaxing. My wife enjoyed the room but I felt uncomfortable at times on some of the furniture (I'm 6'4" and the couch/chair seemed made for shorter/smaller people). I enjoyed the balcony and the beautiful views. The room is located near the elevators and you can hear them from the room as people use them, but it wasn't a problem for the wife and I. We would rent here again.

The location of the property was great, but the particular unit we stayed in was not as nice as I expected. The unit was very lived in/worn and didn't feel very clean. If you want a good night's sleep this is not the unit for you. The bedroom is right when you walk in the door, you can hear the elevator all night long. The views off the balcony were beautiful though.

Everything perfect

The property was as listed and in great shape. The view was amazing. We loved the 3rd floor location easy to walk downstairs if we wished and from the parking garage no elevator required. Realjoy was on top of everything and even came by to show us how to use the remote on the tv.

Nice view but the place was filthy

The view was beautiful… more I looked around the more I notice the place had not been cleaned… first I slipped my shoes off when we first got there, instantly felt sand ok I understand sand is everywhere. Moved the soap dish and there was blood, a throw on the back of the couch had a big brown spot on it, I washed it and what do U know it came clean. The balcony had pieces of chips laying around. I contacted management and they were very nice and said they could send someone over to re clean. Why should I have to worry about a clean room to begin with 🤷‍♀️ Also. This room is on the 3rd floor if u are not prepared to walk to get to and From your vehicle don’t rent this place, we couldn’t park on the 3rd floor Parking garage bc it’s basically for owners. Then they stopped letting us park on the 1st floor they reserved it for motorcycles. Understand this visit was In October and parking was tight…. When summer comes around the parking area is first come first serve that means u have to pay for parking a block away… oh also the bedroom is Positioned close to The entry way which is very very loud when people are talking and laughing. Good luck trying to sleep in. One last gripe the bed was super squeeky, just trying to turn over was super loud. Listen we had a great time Regardless but would not stay here again.

Enjoyable stay

My bride and had our honeymoon at your place. It was really enjoyable. The only thing (I guess a miscommunication) was that I requested flowers for her to see when I carried her in. With a special note. Not a big deal or a deal breaker. Will definitely stay with you guys again.

A great vacation spot!!

This property was exactly how it was pictured and described. Absolutely loved the location and being on the 3rd floor was great!!! Being a large building, sometimes it was a long wait for the elevator but with the location of the unit, the stairs were close by. I also loved that the unit was on the same floor as the cross walk. Made loading and unloading so much easier not having to take the elevator. Will definitely look to stay in this unit again in the future!
