Great place in the perfect location

Very nice and comfortable home away from home on the beach. Nearby by to everything but just far enough away to be a little less hectic. Wonderful place.

The Best condo

This condo has everything you will need for you and your family. We have children of all ages and they thoroughly enjoyed the pools. We would definitely book again. The unit was very clean and spacious. Perfect for larger families.

Love Splash

We’ve stayed at Splash the last few years and absolutely love it. This condo was great and very convenient being located on the first floor. It is nicely maintained and would absolutely stay here again!

We had an amazing time at this VRBO rental in Panama City Beach! The property was absolutely beautiful just as described in the listing and even better in person. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and had all the comforts of home.Gloria was a fantastic host! She responded quickly to any questions and made the whole experience seamless. If I come back to PCB, I will definitely be booking with Gloria again.Highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and stress-free getaway!

The condo was clean and decorated nicely. The property itself could use some spiffing up. The fountain at the end of the catwalk is the first impression and I remember when it looked brand new. It definitely needs painting or something.

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the location. Elevator access was easy. Parking was easy and the room was beautiful with plenty of room. Great beach view, great pool area. We were very satisfied. Speaking to host was very easy. Thank you for letting us stay.

The property was very nice and looked just like the photos that are on VROB. We picked this unit due to the location so we did not have to wait on the elevator. The condo is very roomy and the balcony is very large. Gloria was very easy to work with and responded to your question very quickly. We will definitely rent from her in the future.

Great stay for a family with kids

Property owner was great with communicating. Condo was clean. We stayed with our 3&7 year old and they had a blast in all the pools & easy access to beach. We loved that one pool was completely shaded at all times. Loved being on the first floor so we could just take the stairs when the elevators were slow. If we return to PCB we will 10/10 consider this condo.

Great Property and Owner!

Our family loved the condo! It was clean and the location on the first floor made it easy to get up and down without having to wait on an elevator during peak usage. The manager, Gloria, was super easy to communicate with and checked on us during the stay! Will book again without hesitation!
